Q 130 b I am trying to create a single person item that acts as an ambrosia generator. Are there any spells that cause pain without causing actual damage, and are better for and item than a Level 2, minutes/level spell, or alternately, a cheap magic item that causes the wearer to feel pain?
You mean a liquid pain generator?

My advice is to use the lawful evil mendicant scheme.
Ambrosia is the good equivalent.
I can't use liquid pain because my char is Good.
BoVD has an item that converts pain to pleasure, so that plus source of pain nets me a Distil Joy Target.

Edit:Q 130 b (fixed) I am trying to create a single person item that acts as an ambrosia generator. Are there any spells that cause pain without causing actual damage, and are better for and item than a Level 2, minutes/level spell, or alternately, a cheap magic item that causes the wearer to feel pain, or any spell that creates a feeling of bliss, joy or something similar?

I'm pretty sure that that item is just as [evil] as liquid pain itself is.

Said item lacks an [evil] tag, Doesn't need an evil alignment to create, and counteracts spells with the [evil] tag.
Also, liquid pain only works for evil spellcasters, and the character I want to do this with is NG.

Q 132
Can conjuration(creation) byproducts exist in antimagic field? Namely, can one shoot an Orb of Acid into an AMF and hit someone?

Yeah, the orb isn't inherently magical.

Q 132
Can conjuration(creation) byproducts exist in antimagic field? Namely, can one shoot an Orb of Acid into an AMF and hit someone?
So long as the spell has an instantaneous duration, yes.  This is explicitly spelled out in the text of AMF.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Q131: does a mounted rider provoke aoo's when casting spells, firing ranged weapons etc..  as an unmounted creature would? iim thinking that because you share space with your mount your probably do not...?
your space becomes that of your mount, so yes, they still provoke, just like you can still attack without a reach weapon when mounted.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
Three Errata for the Mage-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne
In the Land of Charop where the Shadows lie.

Q 133 When figuring out the cost of ammunition made out of special materials, is it the +X on top of the pack of ammo, or is it multipled because it's +X for each item within the pack? Like silver bolts and arrows for instance. Is it 3 gold for 10 bolts and 20 arrows, or is it 1 gold + (20 arrows or 10 bolts x 2 gold)?
I reject your reality, and substitute my own.

Don't forget that you can take cover as a free action with a (relatively easy) ride check, and that having cover prevents attacks of opportunity.

Edit: Whoops... that prevents spellcasting... I thought it only prevented attacks...

Yes. Neither are Orbs of Force magical, evidently.  :smirk

A134  Off the top of my head...

1st: Ashbound
Human: Greenbound Summoning
3rd: Extend Spell
**6th: Natural Spell
**12th: Dragon Wild Shape

And you should do as suggested above and figure out how to work in Augment Summoning.

Note: The Extend Spell doesn't get nearly as exciting if you don't use Creeping Cold.

In my humble opinion, CO is haberdashery. Some say we're mad, but we can all agree we're hatters. Yes, we have potential to make very sophisticated hats, very fancy hats, be they dark or light. But the truth is that the color of the hat does not come from the group of us - our community doesn't directly produce hats. We simply give average head circumferences, list current fashion trends, and point out some shiny, obscure baubles to add to the latest hat line.

Q135: I've got a druid who has a woodchuck as an animal companion. Would it be a good idea to retrain one of its feats to Weapon Proficiency with the caber? And does anyone know of a way to increase its attack bonus so it can throw as many of them per round as possible?

Q136: Does anyone see what I just did there?
