If anyone were to do a similar build which wouldn't go w/ the throwing aspect (so no BSB) but w/ pure melee, so reach, mobility, knockback/down AoO'er who trips/dazes w/ decent charging capacity, how would it look like? I can't really figure out what class levels to add to my current brainstorm: Barbarian 2/Fighter 2/Crusader 2/War Mind 5/X 9 not necessarily in that order. It uses Wolf Totem variant(?), Lion Spiritual Totem acf, probably Whirling Frenzy variant, Exoticist variant, Hit-and-Run acf, Dungeon Crasher acf. Not sure how to go on from there, though maybe Fighter 6 for advanced Dungeon Crashing, and maybe Resolute @4.

Funnily enough, I did just that recently. He is for a PbP Game, and he does use the swashbuckler + feat rogue + daring outlaw trick (which isn't really that overpowered, rogue is an okay tier 3 class when he gets the fighters feats). http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=286651

Aleithian Dwarf? How do you convert unupdated 3.0 psionics to work w/ 3.5 again? I'm mostly confused with the race's PLAs.

It was suggested by one of the other players in the PbP, who figured out what my LA would be. I simply ignored the PLAs as I mostly took it for the +2 int.
Whether stacking a bunch of different dwarf races is actually possible I'm confused about, but the build works with Half-Minotaur human as well, it just has a little lower strength, and needs more int.

Went Half-Ogre mainly for the availability reason.  I don't have Dragon Magazine, and it is the most commonly banned material anyway.  You can go Half Minotaur just as effectively.

Possibly a fun idea for epic levels: War Hulk.  Enchant a boulder, and now you're doing boomerang AND Bloodstorm Blade feats with a ~50 pound rock.  Dazed hardly begins to cover what the effects of this are.

Neat build, and I like that it's not totally top heavy and relying only on later level abilities; although they do make it that much better.

Using Boomerang Daze to totally enable Bladestorm is *awesome*. 

Shouldn't you be going "all the way" and abusing Halfling Skiprocks and, for that matter, Halfling as well? I think the image is pretty funny too - like over 9000 pebbles shooting all over the place a la Crossfire?  I assume it would have to do with having them break due to being treated as ammunition, but who cares when you're getting that many extra attacks "Immediately".

Mainly because Halflings take significant work to get to Large size, which is necessary for Knock-back.

Ah I see, and that is part of the BFC role.

I was thinking with Skip Rocks, you still have Boomerang Daze for BFC, but you hit them even more times and just kill them outright.  But I can see the thinking there; shit that is immune to Daze can still be Knocked Down.  Still, the damage of Skiprocks hitting multiple extra times...plus any source of bonus damage...

Aptitude Skiprocks can be used just fine instead and just enhancing the sling instead.
