Q 321 One of my characters that I'm playing with has the silver dragon bloodline(Major). He gets Breath Weapon(ex) at lvl 16. Is there any way I can empower that ability, like say Empower Spell-like ability from MM1, or with a spell?
Maximize Breath (Draconomicon), or any of the other metabreath feats, is probably your best bet.

In my humble opinion, CO is haberdashery. Some say we're mad, but we can all agree we're hatters. Yes, we have potential to make very sophisticated hats, very fancy hats, be they dark or light. But the truth is that the color of the hat does not come from the group of us - our community doesn't directly produce hats. We simply give average head circumferences, list current fashion trends, and point out some shiny, obscure baubles to add to the latest hat line.

A:323 Divine Insight Spell is a great way to get ridiculous skill checks with an Incantantrix, if you can find a way to add a divine spell to your list (or get a wand and UMD it).

Q324 Is a fear effect specifically mind affecting or specifically a morale effect, and if so where can I locate the RAW to support this?

From here: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm

"All fear attacks are mind-affecting fear effects."

As for morale, it's Heroes of Battle that covers morale, so you'd have to find it there.  Morale definitely looks like fear (and things immune to morale are immune to fear), but I don't know if they actually count as the same.

Q 322 Are fists considered Natural weapons?
A 322: No. Even the monk's unarmed strikes only count as natural weapons for certain spells and effects.

Specifically Spellcraft checks -- to get higher level spells into a spellbook prior to that school being banned (due to Incantatrix/Red Wizard)

3.5 Incantatrix doesn't let you cast spells from the school you declare prohibited. That would be the 3.0 Incantatrix, and some class features did function a little bit different in that one I think.
If your DM lets it fly, I did some calculations once for CL 8:    11 rank + 5 int + 2 familiar + 2 item(circumstance) + 5 item(competence) + 2 heroism + 3 skill focus + 2 knowledge (arcana) = 32 + take 10 = 42
Otherwise, buy yourself a wand of Guidance of the Avatar or Divine Insight (SpC) and UMD it.

Q325 Are the DCs of Special Attacks gained via polymorph adjusted for HD? I.e., if I change into a Bebilith at 14th level, is the DC of the poison 25 instead of 24?
By clicking this link, you open a pop-up, but I get a eurocent for my current wish, the 5th book of the Wheel of Time series. Please note that this only works if you leave the pop-up opened till it has finished loading. Thank you!

A326: Grafts.

Hmm...and just refluff it as "special training and meditation costs" for wingless flight?  Works for me.

EDIT : Q 327: Do all the Rage variants have the same statements for skill use?  Also, is Ring the Golden Bell included?  I wouldn't think so, but I'll have to check.  Looking for ways to boost stats without using spells/powers, just to see if I can make Goku without using spellcasters or a Swordsage :P

A319  does the Glyph Seal (Magic Item Compendium) work for your purposes?

Near as I can tell that is nearly identical to the spell. What I am trying to determine is if there is some way I can cast a glyph on an object, toss that object at someone and have it activate, or some workaround thereof

Q 328 Anyone know where I can find a pdf copy of "The Weird of the Wyrms"? It's a 5th level adventure. My Google-fu seems to be failing. It's about a young girl getting kidnapped while a local town's on fire.

Q 329 Converting a 2e adventure to 3.5 and a drow necromancer has the spell Wizardmark. No idea what that does, and would like to know what it does, and what it's been renamed to (if it was kept at all)?

Q330: Most polimorph-related effects make the target creature keep his original mind in the new shape. What happens if you polymorph a naturally two-headed creature into something with one head / odd number of heads?
