It's because it's on page 24 of PHBII. That's where the list is. Page 98 is where the new spells are explained.
I think the Duskblade has the award for worst placement of his spell list.
It's definitely up there, yeah.
What is funny is that in the same book there is the beguiler who has its spelllist in the same manner as Duskblade but noone ever complains about it.....
The point is the Duskblade class tells you the wrong page number.
If I say something about real world physics, and someone disagrees, assume I am right 90% of the time. This number goes up to 100% if I am late night posting - trust me, my star dust sibs.

Because it's on the same page as some of the class features, making it more visible.

No, people have. It's just not as vocal because it seems more people play duskblades. But I did say it was up there, but not necessarily the worst. I'm sure there's been worse somewhere.

Taking dwarf fortress's new city maps and making each tile a 5' square: appropriate for gaming a zombie apocalypse?

Q 154: Does the feat "Cloudy Conjuration" offer a -2 penalty to the targets safe to the spell I cast? Or would the spell I cast in the next round be resisted with -2 to the saves? Or neither and I would have to cast a quickened spell in between, or whatever?

Not sure what you're asking here.  Safe targets are guys with immunities or what?

Steam paragenasi reduce the miss chance by 10% for atmospheric effects, including smoke.

Q 154: Does the feat "Cloudy Conjuration" offer a -2 penalty to the targets save to the spell I cast? Or would the spell I cast in the next round be resisted with -2 to the saves? Or neither and I would have to cast a quickened spell in between, or whatever?

Sorry, misspelled. Ok, to clarify: The text says, that the cloud appears in conjunction with the spell taking effect (not before or after). And it lasts for 1 round.

The creature inside the cloud is sickened while inside it, which imposes a -2 penalty to saves, damage, etc.

a) So would the -2 penalty be applied to the spell I just did cast?
b) Or would the spell 1 round later which I would cast at that same spot be resisted with the -2 penalty to the save?
c) OR is the timing of the cloud so bad, that it affects neither of both saves and only if I would cast a quickened spell after my first spell into the cloud, it would give the -2 penalty?

It's all about this "(not before or after)".
I hope I could make my problem understandable.

Q229 is there a PrC or feat that enhances a special mount, specifically a non-paladin mount?

Q 215 a noob question but I need to make sure: Eagle's Splendour specifically states that a sorcerer does not get extra spells from the charisma bonus of this spell. Does that mean that all other casting stat bonuses do add extra spells?
No. Each spell specifically says it doesn't.

What about bonuses from items/ inherent bonus given by wish, etc?

Inherent bonuses do count for that purpose.

Q230: Are there any restrictions to spell casting underwater?
A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.

Well unless you have a ability that allows you to cast underwater,i think that spells with verbal componets would not work underwater.

Oh, you can use them fine if you don't mind drowning.

In other words, no special restrictions, other than speaking under water being a bad idea unless you can breathe water. If you can, rock on.

I think fire spells are messed up unless you have a feat from stormwreck - then they work as normal, creating bubbles of hot steam.

Electricity underwater is a bad idea.

Also, any creatures that have water line sense (feeling minute movements of water - all fish and some other creatures have that) won't be fooled by most illusions.
