What was the castle like?  Any windows on balconies?  That are actually doors, I mean.  Also any secret underground passages?  That we know of (answer separately please;))?

Rest of you got any ideas?

The towers in each of the towers do in fact have windows a couple stories up.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Yeah, we decided not to go in the front door.  we'll try for a subtle entrance if possible.

The only true balconies are near the top of the tower-one balcony per tower-and would be capable of holding up to 2 large sized creatures.

And for having trapfinding twice, get a +2 circumstance bonus on search checks for finding traps(but no bonus on disarming).

No one has a Bag of Holding (unless I'm blind, the closest I saw was a HHH)... So I don't think we can make it up to the tower unless our steeds can fly...

Seems like going around the back may be the best option.

I can probably carry you one at a time if we put heavy things in a HHH.  Allow me to check my str score.

Though, before I do that, this would split us up considerably.  I can hide as I go, but I can't hide you guys effectively.  Maybe ground is the best approach.

How about we scout it out first.  If they look to be mooks, I can take them out with a couple well placed arrows and then search for traps.  If they look to be too much for me to handle by myself, I can get you guys (maybe the spellcasters?  We might be able to take them out quietly then) to help, and then search.  First, I say we sneak around back.  Shouldn't be too hard, considering the amount of snow.
