Hexblade 1 Dauting Presence, Darkstalker
Ghost 1-3
Hexblade 2
Bard 1 Ghostly Grasp
Paladin of Tyranny 1-3 Ability Focus (Frightful Moan)
Marshal 1
Siren 1-10 Reverberation, Baleful Moan, Doomspeak, Quicken Manifestation

Race : Star Elf
Template : Unseelie Fey

18 (base) + 2 (Star Elf) + 2 (Unseelie Fey) + 2 (Ghost) + 5 (Siren) + 6 (Item) + 5 (Tome) + 5 (Level) = 45 CHA.

That's pretty high ;)

18 (base) + 2 (Star Elf) + 2 (Unseelie Fey) + 2 (Ghost) + 5 (Siren) + 6 (Item) + 5 (Tome) + 5 (Level) = 45 CHA.
You don't get 5 level ability upgrades because the Ghost levels don't add HD. You only get 4.

You're undead. Anything that requires a fort save, you're immune to it.

-_-, I REALLY should read the template rules again ;)

Anyway, any ideas to improve the build?

Ah, actually ghost 2 grants +2 cha, ghost 4 grants another +2 cha for a total of 4. explicitly called out as stacking in the desc.

Awesome but he only takes Ghost up to 3, if you'll re-read his post.

18 (base) + 2 (Star Elf) + 2 (Unseelie Fey) + 2 (Ghost) + 5 (Siren) + 6 (Item) + 5 (Tome) + 5 (Level) = 45 CHA.
Also, since you mentioned stacking: the +5 from Siren is inherent, which means you don't get to add another +5 from the book.

How about Magic Blooded for -2 WIS and +2 CHA?

ooh, nice catch about the book | siren interaction.

shame the unseelie is "always evil". irritating when they force it to be only one way. or did that get changed in the dragon compendium version?

also, feytouched nets you +2 cha, immune to mind affecting, and some other; plus half-fey nets you +2 cha at 1 and another +2 cha at 2, along with a host of other abilities.

Devil's Ego(FCII) via UMDing a Runestaff gives a +4 profane bonus to Charisma.
Age grants another +3 Charisma.
Command(DotF) is a +2 enhancement that gives a +4 competence bonus to Charisma.
Veil of Allure(SS) gives a +2 boost to the save DCs of Charisma based Supernatural abilities.

Wait, what? Comman (DotF)?! What's that?
Read, every day, something no one else is reading. Think, every day, something no one else is thinking. Do, every day, something no one else would be silly enough to do. It is bad for the mind to be always part of unanimity.

Defenders of Faith.

Dragons of Fearun also printed a Command enhancement but it's +3 and doesn't give a bonus to Charisma but it's technically updated out material.

Edit -
If your DM lets either or both Deadly Percision (CAd, +2 for +2d6 SA) & Deadly Percision (MiC, +1 for +1d6 SA) in his game. Both DotF's Command & DoF's Command are more than different enough to use it as well.

technically speaking one could take the minor fey bloodline for +1, the feytouched race for +2, and the half-fey template for +2 or +4 all on the same character. flavor it as a character descended of multiple different kinds of fey. along with all the other kinds of benefits, the character gains the fey type, and thus can take the cha instead of dex for bows and crossbows only feat. potentially deadly with a ghost touch bow.

Wow wow wow, that's really interesting, but it's too deviated from my initial build :D I'll try to do another ghost build with your idea later.

Here's my last build, I think it's more or less finished.

Hexblade 1 Dauting Presence, Darkstalker
Ghost 1-3
Hexblade 2
Bard 1 Ghostly Grasp
Paladin of Tyranny 1-3 Ability Focus (Frightful Moan)
Marshal 1
Siren 1-10 Reverberation, Baleful Moan, Doomspeak, Quicken Manifestation

CHA. : 18 (initial) + 2 (star elf) + 2 (unseelie fey) + 2 (ghost) + 5 (siren - inherent) + 5 (level) + 6 (item - enhancement) + 4 (Devil's Ego - profane) + 3 (Age)  = 47 (+18)
Will : 15 (Will Save) + 18 (Divine Grace) = +32 (+50 vs spells) + ability modifier
Reflexes : 6 (Ref Save) + 18 (Divine Grace) =+23 (+41 vs spells) + ability modifier

Intimidate (with the skill trick) = 23 (ranks) + 18 (ability modifier) + 2 (bluff synergy) +4 (unseelie fey) + 4 (command) +18 (Motivate Charisma) = +69 (IT'S OVER 9000!!!!)
DC vs Frightful Moan = 10 + 8 (1/2 ghost HD) + 18 (Cha.) + 2 (Ability Focus) + 2 (Reverberation) +2 (Baleful Moan)+ 2 (Veil of Allure) = +44
+44 is high, but they have -10 (doomspeak) - 2 (shaken) - 2 (Aura of Despair) - 18 (Winter Chill) = -32 in addition!

Did I make any mistake? How could I enhance it even more? I'm sure I forgot somethink/messed up something.

Thanks a lot for all the ideas guys ;)

THINGS TO DO :

- Correct the build
- Find the optimal initial abilities (with a 32 points buy)
- Find a good feat for my second flaw

Once again, thanks and sorry for my english.

sure thing, do note that the triple fey trick is only three levels for +7 cha. feytouched is a race, minor fey bloodline requires one level, and half-fey is two levels. also, feytouched has a single racial level that can be taken as well, which nets immune to all mind-affecting... handy if you don't happen to be going an undead route.

Thanks a lot for all the ideas guys ;)

It was cake walk on my end. I once my a Lesser Aassmir Paladin of Tranny / Hexblade / Rogue / Soul Eater / Lich build.

Charisma: 50 = 18 (base) + 2 (aassmir) + 2 (lich) + 2 (magic-blooded) + 5 (level) + 5 (inherent) + 2 (age) + 4 (profane) + 4 (competence) + 6 (enhancement).
Save DC: 46 = 10 (base) + 8 (1/2 HD) + 20 (charisma) + 2 (ability focus) + 4 (improved paralysis) + 2 (veil of allure).

Debuffs
-2 unnamed from Dark Companion.
-2 unnamed from Aura of Despair.
-2 unnamed from Aura of Sadness.
-2 from being Sickened (sickening strike).
-2 from being Shakened (terrifying strike).
-1 from a negative level (soul eater)
-2 from two negative levels (lifedrinker).

Using Divine Power & TWF it could Full-Attack you for forcing you to save up to 7 times against an effective save DC of 59.
And of course those 3 negative levels per hit would keep increasing the chances you'll fail.
:)

Is that +4 from Command? Doesn't it only grant +4 on the wearer's charisma-based checks? I don't have DotF.

Nice build ;) You must have some crazy saves with Soul Eater (+7 everywhere at lv 10) + Paladin

Yeah it's DotF's version. Ask your DM if he'll allow it.
