Nyph's Kiss from Book of Exalted Deeds is definitely my favorite. Any social character MUST have it at first level.
Fixed that for you.

My choice is simple - Leadership.

I feel that I must apologize for that error. How embarrassing.

I don't know if the designers meant you to take Skill Focus for every feat.
Sounds a little OP.

The monk is clearly the best class, no need to optimize here. What you are doing is overkill.

It's like people who have no idea what a turn signal is. They ruin it for everyone else.
When another driver brandishes a holy symbol and begins glowing with divine light, seek cover or get spattered with zombie brains. I do not see what is so complicated about this.

I certainly "wish" for a feats scale of some sort.

Single Feats that are Pre-Reqs for PrCs
don't exactly count as the +1 tier or +2 tier type rating,
but they are necessary to get in; contributing ~something.

PrCs that need 2 feats, but one of them can be retrained,
count almost the exact same as the Single above.

But what to value the contribution?
Track or Ranger 1, gets entry to a Slayer PrC build.
Track feat = Ranger 1, but obviously not quite.
Caster +1 with Track feat > Ranger 1, here the feat is "worth" an entire Caster Level !!
Track feat can be worth two 9th level spells. Wow.

I really like Neraph Charge.  (Shame about the Wis prereq.)

I also like Master Spellthief, Swift Hunter, Song of the Heart, and Melodic Casting.

Probably try to add scent, though i don't think that's a feat.
It is for Nezumi (OA).

No Flyby Attack? Its great when you have a limited range attack and a crapton of fly speed.
The mind transcends the body.
It's also a little cold because of that.
Please get it a blanket.

"Just what do you think the moon up in the sky is? Everyone sees that big, round shiny thing and thinks there must be something round up there, right? That's just silly. The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

Feats that alter what Action type you must use to do something else, so long as that something else is highly useful, the feat imposes little to no additional cost, and there is no restriction on the number of uses per day. Examples:

Quick Reconnoiter
Psionic Meditation

Similarly, feats that, in essence, give you an additional opportunity to act/use an ability if certain conditions are met, so long as the triggering condition is common, the opportunity is gained freely and without penalty, and there is no restriction on how many such additional opportunities may be gained in a given day. Examples:

Combat Reflexes
Cleave
Mind Cleave

Feats which grant useful or powerful new abilities or which increase the power of existing powerful abilities. Examples:

Boost Construct
Metamorphic Transfer
Overchannel
Up the Walls

Born of the Three Thunders

Sculpt Spell

Quick Recovery

Melodic Casting

Lyric Spell

Mindsight

Doomspeak

Oh, and I also like Power Attack. That one doesn't seem to get so much love in this thread, just thought I'd toss it out there...

Stormguard Warrior - So many cool things with this
Power Attack- Just Because...

But honestly as a DM, I always just wind up throwing the generic core feats on my monsters.
True Sign of Player Paranoia:
Player:"I look out of the keep"
DM:"There are no visible armies"
Player:"Aw crap theres an Invisible army!"

Skill Focus(speak language) is my favorite. It's hilarious.
Tiers explained in 8 sentences. With examples!
[spoiler]Tiers break down into who has spellcasting more than anything else due to spells being better than anything else in the game.
6: Skill based. Commoner, Expert, Samurai.
5: Mundane warrior. Barbarian, Fighter, Monk.
4: Partial casters. Adapt, Hexblade, Paladin, Ranger, Spelltheif.
3: Focused casters. Bard, Beguiler, Dread Necromancer, Martial Adapts, Warmage.
2: Full casters. Favored Soul, Psion, Sorcerer, Wu Jen.
1: Elitists. Artificer, Cleric, Druid, Wizard.
0: Gods. StP Erudite, Illthid Savant, Pun-Pun, Rocks fall & you die.

Many of the top feats have already been mentioned.  I'll try to propose some that haven't been said (I appologize if I missed anyone's post).

Improved Familiar
(imp or quasit if you want to be effective)
(monstrous spider if you want to be a silk maker)
(shocker lizard if you are a Mechanatrix)
(Celestial Familiar, lantern archon if you want endless continual flame)

Tireless (regional)
Fearless (regional)

Constant Guardian
Duitiful Guardian (if you want to be a bodyguard)

Lifesense

Daring Outlaw

Shape Soulmeld was mentioned, but I'd like to point specifically towards <Planar Ward>  (with a minor shout-out to Pauldrons of Health)

Corpsecrafter
Nimble Bones
Bolster Resistance
Hardened Flesh

Tomb-Tainted Soul

Skill Focus: Knowledge (religion)   :D  (if you like Pale Masters)

Inquisitor  :D  (if you like thrallherds)

Stand Still
Hold the Line

Natural Bond

Quickened Spell-like Ability

Entangling Exhalation

Great Fortitude --> Poison Healer
Endurance --> Steadfast Determination

Insightful Reflexes (replaces dex for ref saves)

Are we including Dragon Magazine and WotC online feats?

Keen Intellect (replaces wis for will saves and some skills)

Extra Familiar  (Dragon # 280)
Enspell Familiar (1-mile share spells)
Token Familiar (like figurine of wondrous power)

Wild Cohort (though if you already have an animal companion, the Extra Familiar mentioned above recommend an adaptation for animal companions)

Augment Summoning.
Extend Spell.
Improved Initiative.
Knowledge Devotion.
Knockback.
Law Devotion.
Natural Spell.
Power Attack.
Sculpt Spell.
Smiting Imbeciles since 1985.

If you hear this music, run.

And don't forget:

There is no greater contribution than Hi Welcome.

Sunic may be more abrasive than sandpaper coated in chainsaws (not that its a bad thing, he really does know what he's talking about), but just posting in this thread without warning and telling him he's an asshole which, if you knew his past experiences on WotC and Paizo is flat-out uncalled for. Never mind the insults (which are clearly 4Chan-level childish). You say people like Sunic are the bane of the internet? Try looking at your own post and telling me you are better than him.

Here's a fun fact: You aren't. By a few leagues.
