Q67: I know that the Dragon Magazine Compendium has the feat Serenity to set a Paladin's abilities off WIS.  Is there a similar feat that allows a Paladin to use CHA as his casting stat?

Q 66 Did anyone else know that it's possible to Extend the Time Stop spell? What would that be? 2d4+2 rounds?
I don't think Time Stop is a legal target for Extend for the same reason it's not a legal target for Persist.  If you want to go down that rabbit hole, make another thread because the question is no longer simple.
For what it's worth, either the Sage or 3.5 Main FAQ explained that time stop should be considered to have Duration: Instantaneous and Effect: 1d4+1 rounds of apparent time.

A 67

Legends of the Twins, a Dragonlance book, has the Dynamic Priest feat, which switches the stat to Charisma for determining bonus spell slots and highes spell level. It does not affect save DCs.

WotC themselves went down that rabbit hole. Iggwilv has that as one of her spells.

Q68Do domain powers increase when you "+1 level of existing class"?

Add a +4 bonus to your melee attack roll and your cleric
level to your damage.

as if he had also gained a level in
whatever divine spellcasting class he belonged to before he
added the prestige class.
He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of
that class would have gained (improved chance of
controlling or rebuking undead, more frequent remove
disease, and so on).

A68: Not unless the class specifically says so. Most spellcasting-advancement classes only improve your caster level, spells known, and spells per day. The granted powers of domains are not included. Those classes that improve your ability to use domains specifically say so.

Q 69: What is the easiest, most self-sufficient way for an erudite to learn 9th level discipline powers pre-epic?

Never cite a character entry as proof of something in the rules.  Those things are more horribly edited than the rulebooks themselves.  If you want to start a discussion on this topic, make another thread.

Q70

Hello all.  Anyone know a good full BAB, divine casting class that is great for a one level dip?  I need one that grants spell progression at 1st level.

Dragonslayer, possibly?

Do you want a base class or a prestige class that advances casting?

A70: Depends on what you mean by "good".  Sacred Fist gets progression for the first three levels, but it requires four feats and comes with a code of conduct.

Well I am looking for a PrC that advanced divine casting as well as having a full BAB.  I only need one level.  What I got so far is:  Cleric 4, Ordained Champion 3, X1, Shining Blade of Heronious (sp?) 2 [revamped class found on this site], Bone Knight 10.

Q71 Imagine an arcane archer with a splitting bow. When the arrow is split, would both arrows be imbued with the same spell, say, evards black tentacles?

Q71b Also, evard's chest burst has a nice ring, don't you think?

I never said I wanted to start a discussion. I just wanted to know if it'd be 2d4+2 for an extended version of the spell.
And I also cite a character entry as proof because it's usually the only leg I have to stand on when arguing something.

Q71c Along the same lines as Q71, how does a splitting bow work with the Arrowsplit spell? What about an Arcane Archer's Imbue Arrow and +1 arrows on top of that?

Q72 Is there a handbook or resource guide for raising attributes?

Q72.a If you use wish or miracle to boost you attributes, is it called an inherent bonus? What other inherent bonuses are there, and which are the best buy for the money?

Q72.b Is there a limit to how high you can wish your abilities?

Yes, Wishes give inherent bonuses, and another source of the same is Tomes.

Q72.b Is there a limit to how high you can wish your abilities?

+5 maximum via that method, and it must be done all at once (5 wishes together) or it doesn't stack.
