A Throwing, Returning Astral Construct?
« on: March 12, 2011, 06:09:57 PM »
Let's assume I can make my astral constructs +3 weapons.  (It may not be RAW legal, but it's amusing to consider.)

Would my construct "teleport" its thrown distance?  Would it be like the spin jumps at the start of this video?

Hmm.
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Scroll down to the bottom of the link page.

Y'know ... a total hash-out of unconverted 3.0e into 3.5e stuff "should" happen but probably won't.

So with this, the AC is a +3 (or +5) weapon, and you Craft(sculpt) it; and then it's wielded like a normal weapon.
Perhaps a Meta(poly)morph to make it a different "object" than it already is.
As in, not a shaped (ac) object-sword, but a sword-sword.
