Half Fey+Half Nymph Human Blue Mage5/Swordsage1/Gemini Dancer1/JPM1/AC2

Swordsage is looking less and less like a good idea. what would you suggest? Maybe Crusader for better recovery?

The Gemini Dancer might go well with what you want in terms of fluff and CHA focus, if you change things a bit. It's here: http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Gemini_Dancer_%283.5e_Class%29

What are the Discipline weapons for? What's the benefit of using a weapon specific to Diamond Mind?

Other than working with their discipline's special feats, nothing at all, really. Fluff, if anything, and that's mutable.
