Q 263 The Eldritch Giant from MMIII has a BAB of 18 from 25 HD, but the Eldritch Giant cleric 11 has BAB of 26. How is that possible? I thought that once you hit 20HD, you no longer gained your standard BAB progression, but that of the Epic (poor) progression.

It will be something to do with the BAB cap pre epic is based on class level not HD. Great Wyrm gold dragons have a BAB of +45 or so if I remember correctly.
Supposedly you could be a Eldritch Giant Fighter 20 and have a BAB of 38. You dont gain any more iterative attacks though.

I will see if i can find a rules quote, Its in there somewhere.

Q 264
Does the Eldritch Theurge PrC advance the breath weapon of Dragonfire Adepts? The class advances invocations, which the warlock's Eldritch Blast belongs under, but the DFA's breath is a (Su) ability and all...

Q 256

Let's say a Sorcerer gets Dodge as a feat for free. Is there anything worth spending a feat slot on that Dodge otherwise acts as a prerequisite for, or do I just stow it away on my character sheet and pretend it's not there?
1) Make it incarnum dodge
2) Spend the essentia on something useful.
A possibility, I guess. What if the feat is hardcoded to be Dodge and nothing else, though?

Mobile Spellcasting?
Assuming I'm looking at the correct Mobile Spellcasting - in CAdv - It doesn't seem to have any requirements.

Elusive target? Or does that also have mobility as a prereq....?

I thought that too, but cleric's are 3/4 BAB so they only get a +1 at 20 HD. Then it's +5 for gaining 9 Epic levels. That's +6 for BAB +24, not 26.
If you have 18 as a BAB, you're already getting 4 attacks a round. Not gaining any more isn't surprising.

18 from HD and 8 from class levels is 26.

You don't start on epic BAB progressions until you have 20 class levels.

So having 20 racial HD doesn't cause you to go Epic BAB progression? So that great wyrm with BAB +45, if it went Fighter 10, would gain +10 BAB, and not +5?

Q 262 Is there an ooze that looks like water? Or that can mimic a body of water? I thought there was, but now I can't find it.

Yup, that's the way it works. Epic BaB/save progressions only count class levels. Racial hit dice are simply ignored when determining if you switch over to the epic progression.

I was going off memory, and thought it required dodge/mobility.

IMO that would still be worth it.  It would let you completely ignore your AC and not worry about PA.

Can oozes have class levels? It seems to max out at 9 HD. Need it to be a bit higher a CR.

See, I thought that before too, but about a year ago I got told otherwise on here. Now I'm royally confused.

Only if they aren't mindless.  Stick the Sentry Ooze template onto it to get past that.

Q: Is there a piece of equipment that will let me add precision damage to creatures immune to critical hits and objects?

If you're a Rogue, there are two ACFs that let you deal half sneak attack damage to immune critters... this is the best way.  Wands work on specific types if your DM uses the Rules Compendium (and rules in your favor) though you'd have to know in advance what you're fighting and have sufficient UMD.  Truedeath Crystals from MiC work for undead, but only if you have +3 weapons.  There's another crystal from the same book that works on constructs.

JaronK

Also, Deathstrike Bracers from MiC - swift action activation, 3/day allows you to SA ordinarily immune foes for 1 round.

Q264:Are their any easy(aka items/feats) way for an aquatic creature to breathe air.

I know of the amphibious template, but I'm looking for something else

That will work at later levels, but I need something a little cheaper. I'll be playing a Sahuagin warblade

There is a Feat called Controlled Respiration is Savage species that doubles your time out of water, if you cant find a way to completely circumvent it it might help.
