Multiclass with something that can fly. Like druid, psion, psychic warrior, ardent, or wizard.

Alternately: UMD.

Alternately: Wing grafts.

Yes.  Reloading can be a bitch, though.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Q 128  I've just joined a game where the GM limits every player to three magic items, each costing 20,000gp or less (we're refugees, albeit 15th-level ones).  I'll be playing a druid, probably serving as the party tank/out-of-combat healer (we don't have a cleric).  So far, the only item I've been able decide on is "monk's belt."  What other items should I use?

Hand of the mage combined with a constant-use protection from evil/law/good/chaos effect. Should be 2000 + 1350 + 3000 + 3000 + 3000 = 12,350 gp. If you think all four alignments are overkill, find a few other 1st level spells you want to have always-on, such as shield and mage armor.

Add a few abilities to your belt, too. After all, it's 3000 gp for every constant-use 1st level spell you add onto a pre-existing item.

Periapt of Wisdom +4 is a given, I would think.  Tack it onto a cheap amulet (4k or less, there are some decent ones in MIC) to max it out.

Okay, so periapt + hand of the mage + shield
Monk's belt + protection from evil and maybe mage armor
Anklet of translocation + ??? + ??? = win?

Yes.  Reloading can be a bitch, though.

Maybe best to go with repeater crossbows then!

Or just use a regular bow. They're so much better it's pathetic.

A128: Mantle of the Beast (Complete Champion, 18k) is an option. Wildshape as a swift action; natural attacks are +1.

Q129

Is there some rule somewhere that lets you adapt prestige classes or feats requiring one patron to another. Specifically I'd like to use a Forgotten Realms prestige class that has a requirement of Patron: Shaundakul in Greyhawk but other than that one line doesn't have anything FRealms related. Normally I'd just ask for a house-rule to allow it but I'd rather have a rule or guideline about adapting a class before bringing it up. Thanks.

ECS says "everything exists in Eberron" but that's Eberron.

Q 130: If the locate city nuke propels victims at ground zero 10 miles away per caster level in a single round (6 seconds), they're traveling at 6,000mph per caster level.  What's the earliest you can accelerate a fresh corpse to light speed with the locate city nuke?

You have to assume that their is no relativity in Greyhawk, or else you'd never hit the speed of light. Assuming that I'm getting something like a caster level of 112,450. You may want a different mode of intersystem travel.

Hmm, this may be a bit more than red wizard and enlarge/widen spell can handle... maybe with greater consumptive field...
