Druid 6-13ish Needs to Fill Many Roles

I fail to see why the Halfling Druid Substitution Levels are viable.  You lose so much to gain so little.

You're a halfling druid. You ARE little.

...Until you turn into a raging dire bear and eat someone's face.

Also, add the war beast template to your animal companion. It costs very little and adds a ton. Then buy some war beast polar bears (very, very cheap).
