I have a few critiques of the original poster's selections. First, Arthur didn't travel to other dimensions under his own power and Excaliber wasn't an innate part of him. That didn't make him any less impressive though. Second, Cu Chullain is outright stated to be a demi god. Not to diminish the true Badass Normal Fionn MacCumhaill and the Fianna at all. Also Houyi is the god of archers, not just some highly skilled mortal. That's all I can think of for know.

Note that a good half of mythological heroes claim to be demigods or are actual deities, but said deities have no magic(or at least, magical deeds) they can actually call upon in battle other than their passive presence and duties. They fit by that metric.

Arthur's just a Crusader with a half decent sword (+1 Adamantium Longsword covers it well enough).  Didn't excallibur break eventually?

But that's about it.  Crusader 6 should be enough to take out an army of level 1s by simply hacking through them and healing as he goes, with enough Diplomacy to sway men to his cause.

Jackie Chan in pretty much any movie with him as the titular character.

Hey, he's a man, a myth, and a legend.

Also, see Bruce Lee.

The protagonists in Avatar: The Last Airbender?

Not the shitty movie, but the awesome series.

Hey, they're not using magic. They're using BENDING.

If my memory serves me right he just returned Excalibur to the Lady in the Lake, the sword he pulled from the rock (the one put there by Merlin) did brake however.

IIRC, the sheath also prevented any of his wounds from bleeding so long as he had it on him.

By the most popular account Caliburn was the Sword in the Stone, Excalibur was his second sword. By other accounts they were the same weapon.

The sword was supposed to have been wreathed in flames which "shone like thirty torches" and terrified Arthur's enemies. And it may or may not have been the same weapon as Caladbolg, which was basically F/SN's Excalibur on drugs.

My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Sisifus was extraordinary intelligent and crafty.....
He contantly pranked everyone and even managed to prank some of the gods like Hermes(the roman Mercury)......
He literally cheated death 2 times, the first he managed to trick him and bound him and the second he got Hercules to fight death while he escaped....
In the end when death caught up with him the gods sentenced him to an unending torment in Hades.....
He had to carry a rock roughly his size to the top of a hill....
Whenever he got to the  top of the hill the rock would always fall down to the foot of the hill and Sisifus would have to start again.....

Unarmed Swordsage x/ Drunken Master 1 would seem very Jackie Chan like for the use of improvised weapons.

I've always wanted to write the opposite of Camus' Sisyphus.

Strange things grow down in Hades.  Lilacs.  Muscles.  Vengeance.

And now, the immortal Sisyphus, whose adamant will flattened a mountain, whose strength built with every step of his divine punishment, is coming after the ones who wronged him.  No looking back.  No second chances.

This premise would have been enough to get me interested in playing God of War.
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.

In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.
