There's plenty of ways to reduce your foe's AC. For example an improved familiar like a salt mephit can easily lower a foe's AC with its breath weapon or by using glitterdust to deny Dex bonus.

I noticed that you said Master of Poisons could be costly because craft is a cross-class skill; you may want to change that, Hexblades get craft as a class skill, so 1/6 cost on more debuffs is perfectly viable.

I look at this, and have to wonder if ANY of the classes have ever had Craft as a cross-class.
I reject your reality, and substitute my own.

The hexbender

Human hexblade5/mindbender7/abjurantchampion5/hexblade2

Feats:
1-power attack, dreadful wrath
3-practiced spellcaster
5-combat casting
6-mindsight
9-obtain familiar
12-ability focus: dominate
15-improved familiar
18-minor shapeshift

At ECL 12 you get a lesser version of dominate monster, which is normally a 9th level spell. And what's nice about getting it at ECL 12 is that it comes online before mindblank is widely available and while there's some good monsters that aren't immune to mind affecting abilities. You'll want a 14 int to help meet the skill requirements.

Marshall is the only one that I know of.  Some PrC's (namely War Hulk) do too.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.
