I haven't statted it out, but it looks like one powerful combo.
The shadesteel golem (MM3) is a mindless creature intended to act in a stealth role. As such, it gets massive racial bonuses to make up for its lack of skill ranks. It can also release a wave of negative energy to heal nearby undead, which does not affect itself.
Now add the soulfused template from Magic of Incarnum. It gains an Intelligence score, adding a lot of skill ranks to produce insane Hide modifiers. The creature's type changes to Construct (living construct), meaning it can benefit from cure spells. Add Tomb-Tainted Soul as one of its new feats, and it can heal itself with its negative energy attack.
Plus, it gets soulmelds, which can boost its check results further. ;D

Nice.

Thanks for pointing this out.

I don't think I'll have the time to stat it for a while - would anyone else mind?
-
You are asking the wrong guy, I can barely get online as is.

After looking at the template again, I realised that the golem only gets an Int score of 3, and all skills are cross-class. This could be easily solved with a few rogue levels, and maybe an Int-enhancing book. Also, it will have to take the Shape Soulmeld feat for soulmelds, though its pre-existing essentia pool will boost their power. Skill Focus would also be a good choice.

Screw Rogue, go Factotum.

I can give a basic run down a go when I get home from work.

I would actually not recommend Factotum in this case. As has been stated, the Int becomes only 3, and Factotum relies a lot on Int.

Hmm, if you Polymorphed into one, you'd get the racial bonuses but keep your mental stats, right? And if you start as a warforged, I'm pretty sure you can turn into a construct (although not a templated one).

Rogue levels only give 4 skill points. Shadowdancer might be interesting if you shift some feats around.

Looks like the Soulfused construct advances just as the Soulspark familiar does, which gives it a boatload of essentia. At a rate of 4HD/CR bump, and +1 Essentia/HD At +3CR, with all ability boosts going into Con, it can start shaping Soulmelds.
Alternatively, if you did decide to use class levels, it would have equipment, as well as start with the elite array. Another method would be to give it an inherited template to increase Con. Half-dragon nets us a Con and Int boost, as well as some other stuff. (Such as replacing the darkvision the poor little construct lost).
Also: The Guerrilla Warrior feat from Heroes of Battle makes Hide and Move Silently purchase as class skills, I know theres a way to get them to your class skill list, though.

Knew I overlooked something.
