I'm aware of this trick, hell, it's part of my build. It still doesn't help me benefit from my own manifesting of Bestow Power at lower levels. That's the main problem I'm trying to overcome right now...

@3e vs 4e: What are you guys talking about? I mean it's a completely different game with completely different world with completely different feeling. In 3e you've got zillion powerful spells for every life situation. In 4e you've got your static list of powers all of which are situational (that situation being "a party of four is crawling a dungeon") and rituals that cannot be compared to 3e magic system. In short:
3e: casters bend reality
4e: Indiana Jones

I know the Shadow Sun Ninja's touch ability deals "base unarmed + wis" and does not add most modifiers, because it is not a *weapon* damage roll. However, can you add sneak attack damage? And if you can, does that give more healing next round?

There's also the Improved Natural Weapon feat.

Q555: I was thinking of playing a Dragonborn Mineral Warrior Mongrelfolk Dragonfire Adept. I would be getting the wings from dragonborn. What order would be most advantageous to apply the templates? What would I keep in that order?

You have to take Mongrelfolk first, because it's the only thing that's not acquired (and it's the base race). Take Mineral Warrior next, assuming you can find someone to cast the spell (Mineralize Warrior). Note that that will cost you some money. Now apply Dragonborn, and you'll be able to fly. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure you'd lose the DR from Mineral Warrior by becoming Dragonborn, so it's probably not worthwhile. It would probably be better to apply Dragonborn first, but to take an aspect that doesn't grant wings, and then take Mineral Warrior. That way, you keep everything from the latter.

Yeah take dragonborn first and get wings otherwise later. Losing all the mineral warrior bonuses is not worth it.
