Thanks Maat_Mons, but does anyone know of any others though?

I see that you want to solve problems. Not problems like, "What is beauty?," because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of 'philosophy'. You want to solve practical problems. F'r instance, how are you gonna stop some big, mean Mother Hubbard from tearing you a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer: Use a gun. And if that don't work? Use more gun.
And if that fails try this

Half-dragon gives int +2.  If you take only one level of the template class, you get str +2, int +2, and natural armor +2.

Half-nymph (Dragon 313) is LA +2 and gives dex +2, int +2, wis +2, and cha +4.

Lich gives int +2.  If you take only one level of the template class, you get int +2, and natural armor +2.

Spellwarped (MMIII) is LA +3 and gives str +4, dex +2, con +4, int +4, and the whole spell resistance/spell absorption thing.

The racial paragon classes for elf, half-elf, and human give int +2 at 3rd level.

Not that I am aware of, though there is a cheaper way to get that benefit than the ring of sustenance. It's in the MIC, I believe it is called a Fortifying Bedroll.

Complete Mage, Heward's Fortifying Bedroll. It's actually more expensive (3k as opposed to 2.5k), and it makes the sleep time 1 hour instead of two, and actually lets spellcasters regain spells in that time. However, it only works every 48 hours, and has a built-in clause against just carrying two with you.
It's all about vision and making reality conform to your vision. By dropping a fucking house on it.

Q 108 I'll reiterate my question with a number. For that Drow 1 spell, Cloak of Dark Power, if you were to make that into an item, what slot(s)/item(s) would that go under? Cloak? Robe? Goggles? Mask? Shoulders? Torso? Face?
I would vote for the shoulder (cloak) slot as well.

Follow up though... 108b When making an item out of a spell, how do you know what item it should be made into, and what slot it should take, if it's not blatantly apparent?
The DMG has a table on body slot affinities... lemme check... It's on page 288.

I might have got the name wrong, it's been a long time since I looked at the thing.  Weapon of transmutation was in minis hb, it was a longsword that, one round after striking a creature with DR, became able to beat that DR for the next 10 rounds while retaining its original properties.  (You could get through a lich's DR with an edged weapon, for example, or beat a werething's DR with an adamantine weapon.)  Working backwards on price it was either a +2 or +3 enhancement equivalent. Wrong, I must be thinking of wrathful healing.  Working backwards on price it's a +4 equivalent.  50,315 for the +1 longsword version.
Transmuting made it to the Magic Item Compendium.  I'm away from that book, but I'm 99% sure it's a +2 bonus.  I don't think Wrathful Healing made it to 3.5, but there are somewhat similar abilities in the MIC (vampiric 1d4, and body feeding? I think?)

Q111  I need to equip an awakened Conflagration Ooze, I'm trying to figure out how to do so without the equipment dissolving.  Ideas?
If it is Fire damage, make said equip out of body parts from a creature immune to fire... bones from a fire giant, hide from a red dragon.

Q120. Could a Babou (tanar'ri) wield weapons/equips without his acid body ooze pwning said equips?
Q121. How would I work around the acid if it does eat equips? black dragon hide armors and stuff?
If you gain energy resistance from a spell or spell-like, it extends this protection to your equipment... but I'm not sure about innate energy resistance.  In addition to equip made from acid immune raw material, check out Everbright (weapon property) and Blueshine (armor property) from MIC.  For non weapon/armor, I believe it would be reasonable to adapt Blueshine to other objects.

C 119: so to clarify, charge perday items have their costs stated off wands?
Charges per day have a price factor in table 7-33, page 285 of the DMG.  Under "Special", look for Charges Per Day (divide by 5/#charges).

5 per day would be divide the market value by 1
1 per day would be divide the market value by 5

Q 130: Is there any magic item that allows you to never sleep?  I know the ring of sustenance brings your sleep need down to 2 hours, but is there anything that grants you NO sleep needed?
Not that I'm aware of, but you could try for a 1/day item of Remove Fatigue (BoED, page 105)

Q132Is there any mundane equipment that can help me change my appearance quickly. Someone mentioned something called glimmerweave but i dont know what it is, and where i can find it.
Hat of Disguise, DMG (and dirt cheap...)

Q131: Is there anything you can wear and you can enchant as an armor?
Bracers of Armor +1 (I believe 3.0 had a sidebar that explicitly states that you can add armor properties to bracers.  I allow for it in 3.5.  YMMV)

Q133:  This may be a tad specific but in a game I am in we happened to have got a hold of a book that if the person whom reads it and passes a DC 20 concentration check gets to have a Babau serving him/her for up to character level days.  My question is..what can one do with said demon for that long?  What should one do with said demon for that long period of time, which is say for the group 5-6 days?  Thanks.

Thanks Maat_Mons, but does anyone know of any others though?

Thank you so very much, half-nymph looks like it will work the best for the concept, you wouldn't happen to have a link to the race handbook would you, originally ? 141 the link in the handy links just goes to a thread talking about how it should be arranged???

It doesn't progress for anything but monk levels, unless they take a feat like Tashalatora, etc.

Do you mean class variants? They were at Crystal Keep, but they've been taken down. Someone had put up a site link that made them back on there. The problem is that though is the classes aren't 100% accurate. Like the Mystic Ranger has a strong ref save, but Keep says it doesn't. The Hunting Monk gets survival, but Keeps says it doesn't. I'd say use it as a reference, and get the magazines for verification.

Q 142 How does Flurry of Blows (progression) work for monks that cross-class?

Really? Then that'd make thing really easy. I thought I read somewhere that it didn't work like that. Maybe not then.

It doesn't progress for anything but monk levels, unless they take a feat like Tashalatora, etc.
That's what I wondered. But about a feat like Ascetic Hunter, which combines monk and ranger levels and improves unarmed damage? Or would I need a feat that specifically improves Flurry of Blows?

Now when you say it doesn't progress, that just means you don't get more attacks, right? The attack bonus goes up with your BAB, but the number of attacks you get don't go up. Correct?

Q 148 What would be the Flurry of Blows for a monk 12/ranger 8 with BAB 17 and the Improved TWF?

Q 149 What's the easiest way to remember how the TWF tree works?

A142.  When you determine your bonus to hit, you use the BAB listed for Flurry from your last monk level and you add whatever BAB you've gained from subsequent classes.

NOTE:  the adjusted BAB does not improve the number of attacks!  That is frozen from your last monk level.
