I thought so too, just checking. I use this for some shenanigans in a thread I'm about to post.

Timestop does not affect others .... it affects you in relation to them.... your Frame of Time accelerates ...if someone else cast it or if it became active on someone else, it would not affect you casting your spell at all(unless they did something that would interact with you when thier TimeStop finished)

I think he means his own Contingency goes off during the casting. And as I see it, you can finish casting the spell just fine inside the Timestop, but you can't act in those rounds and resume the casting from the spot you left it (your own time-ratio isn't affected by your own Timestop, after all).
Read, every day, something no one else is reading. Think, every day, something no one else is thinking. Do, every day, something no one else would be silly enough to do. It is bad for the mind to be always part of unanimity.

The stance Leading the Charge (Tome of Battle 92) states:

While you are in this stance, all allies who hear you and make a charge attack in the area (a 60' radius centered on you) gain a bonus on damage rolls equal to your initiator level.

Q7
By default, am I as the stance user included in this benefit?

A7
Yes.  (I just read the first page.)

Q8
"Making a charge attack" is ambiguous.  Does this mean starting a charge, ending a charge, or other?

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

A8 Make a charge attack means declaring that you are using an action (generally a full round action) to make a charge.  That's pretty much it.  Unless you're playing with Battlejump, in which case it can be a little confusing.

Q9 I still want an answer on how Mythic Examplar (Reikhardt) advances "levels of a (Ex) class ability to benefit your allies", and what I get if if I use it to advance Outcast Champion.
Eh, the wizard have more money than them combined, he could in theory just use all his money on a fleet of trained attack mules, but then we aren't playing 3.5 but zergling rushing in Starcraft instead.

Q10 Where can I find a listing of standard gear for an NPC with NPC classes? Or is it supposed to be assumed that a lvl 4 NPC warrior would wear the exact same stuff as a lvl 4 NPC fighter? Or because NPCs with NPC classes are basically considered a less CR, does a lvl 4 warrior have the same stuff as a lvl 2 NPC fighter? But then, what do you do with a warrior 2/fighter 2? Give them the stuff of a lvl 4 fighter? Maybe a lvl 3 fighter.

Basically, I need gear, and I'd like to know the standard for NPC classes.

A10 There is only 1 NPC wealth table. Their classes have no bearing on their wealth.

Q 11 Is there any way for a 6th level, Dark-Template Tiefling rogue (moving close to being 7th level) to gain the ability to move normally while hiding without penalty?

Yes, the D&D Player's Strategy Guide. It's for 4e, however, and the advice in it sucks, as might be expected from WotC. Not sure if it's already out or coming out, though, I only looked at a preview and that was enough for me. :P

Q 1 If a paladin is constantly facing off against neutral creatures, especially chaotic ones, how does he make use of his Smite Evil? Or is there a substitute that they can use? Be preferable if they aren't LG.
And the character's already 6th level.
Paladin handbook has some ACF perhaps.
http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19870162/The_Paladins_Handbook_--_2007
Sadly that didn't help.
Hunter of Fiends isn't terrible, but if you're going to be fighting EVIL outsiders anyways, then there's no point in losing the smite evil for Favored Enemy.
Also, character is human so the half-orc variant doesn't work. Is also a Paladin of Freedom.
Well, then I guess you need some prestige class that modifies smite, such as Grey Guard (Complete Scoundrel?), who can smite any alignment.

The truth is much more awesome than that. You can almost never see the real Moon, and its appearance is death to humans. You can only see the Moon when it's reflected in things. And the things it reflects in, like water or glass, can all be broken, right? Since the moon you see in the sky is just being reflected in the heavens, if you tear open the heavens it's easy to break it~"

Q13 What would be the best build to represent a Robot Ninja Pirate?

Here's a character portrait:
Monks are pretty much the best designed class ever.

Q 14

Aside from Heartfire Fanner, Divine Prankster, and Troubadour of Stars, what PrCs are there that advance Inspire Courage while giving the option to advance any kind of spell, not just arcane? I'm not looking for Fochlucan Lyrist or any other dual progression class, but simply a PrC that advances IC/Bardic Music and reads '+1 level of existing class' or similar on the table for spellcasting advancement. How many casting levels the PrC advances is irrelevant, it can be 1/10 for all I care.

Q 14: For a human druid who does not want to focus on summoning, what are good options for first level feats?

I love druids, but their feat options at first level are a little slim.

(This is actually for a Druid//Scout gestalt, but it's still relevant).

Not bad, but in this instance it would cause problems.

Companion Spellbond would work well, I suppose.
