Q151: In a team of Dread Commandos, do their Team Initiative Bonuses stack with the other members bonus?

They're all Competence bonuses, so no.

Hello, I've been lurking for a few months...anyways.

Q152: Is there an Undead creature with a Cha score of 17 or better? I'm looking for something with hit die close to 9 but any help will be appreciated.

Is this for a playable race or an encounter for players?  The answers will be very different.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

A vampire with sorcerer levels? What exactly are you after here? If you include templates, there are plenty...

I want to say encounter.  Yeah, let's go with that.

And I completely forgot about the Evolved template for Undead creatures. Thank you to all of you.  (How could I be so blind NOT to remember it)

Q 154 According to that link to the Dread Commando and the SRD, that ability that Dread Commandoes get is ineffective since you don't get competence bonuses on initiative checks in the first place.....is this me misunderstanding or did WotC screw up again?

The SRD also says you only get Dodge bonuses to AC, when there's a core spell that gives you a dodge bonus to Reflex saves.
Generally, bonuses of the same type don't stack. Dodge and Circumstance bonuses are two exceptions.

Q144: Can someone link me to a consolidated powers list? Rated would be even awesomer.

Q145: Is there anything keeping an Erudite from using the Soulcrystal power to pass around what are normally personal only powers (like Mind Blank, Personal or Body Adjustment)?

Q145b: Planning on holding generous amounts of Soulcrystals in Quintessence, any thoughts of storage? I am thinking a Belt of Hidden Pouches/Battle but a Heward's Handy Haversack would allow me to grab the crystal i want through all the Quintessence.

Q145c: Would having the Quintessence in a extra dimensional space prevent the psionic interference that comes with having it in large amounts?

Q146: Anybody have any nonlethal-revenge-on-fellow-party-members plots (level 12ish)? Have a need to get back at some people.

Edited for expanded questons

Q144: The closest thing to an answer I can give is CPsi.

Dodge bonus to reflex is nothing, is makes sense.

Dodge bonus to attack rolls = BS!

It makes sense, your dodge bpnus helps your reflex for reflex saves, but to have a dodge bonus to attack makes no sense!

Rubbish.  Just have your sword dodge every part of the universe where the enemy isn't.

Q 155: Is there a feat that allows you to turn a weapon that is not normally a monk weapon into a monk weapon?

A 155: Several, though I don't recall where they might be.  I know there are several in Dragon Compendium, but I believe there's a feat out there that can turn any single weapon into a Monk weapon.

Shao Disciple gets it as a class feature (with full BAB!). From some FR book IIRC.

I also think there is an enchantment for it somewhere.

edit:Shou Disciple, from UE.

Q156
A Kensai who has enchanted his body takes Vow of Poverty. What happens? (The same applys to any permanent body mods obtained before the feat)
