Q 310
Is there a good list of +0 la races? Failing that are there any +0 La races that boost CHA without harming WIS?
A 310 Lesser Aasimar.
A 310 Also, Spellscale (Races of the Dragon) and Star Elf (some Forgotten Realms book... Shining South, I think)
Star Elf is from Unapproachable East. Hellbred is another race with Cha. Then, of course, there are kobolds. But simply look here: http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19546874/Master_Player_Race_List_Version_20

Q 8a: A lich needs 1d10 days to reform after destruction. Is it within the power of a well-worded Wish-spell to fix this to 1 day?

Edit: Q# was wrong.

Q9: Our party needs to heal Insanity (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/insanity.htm) and permanent ability drain from a single stat. We're in Eberron, Core+PHB2+Eberron books. It seems that we need to pay for Heal and Restoration. Is there anything that a druid 7 or wizard 7 could do with these conditions? (possibly even using other resources)

A 8a: Wish specifies forcing a re-roll as one of its base effects.  Setting a roll to a specific number probably qualifies as a more powerful effect and thus is up to your DM.  It's more of a problem with setting rolls to 20s when wielding vorpal weapons probably :P

Q 11: The spell Silent Image says the following:
This spell creates the visual illusion of an object, creature, or force, as visualized by you. The illusion does not create sound, smell, texture, or temperature. You can move the image within the limits of the size of the effect.

With an effect of:  Visual figment that cannot extend beyond four 10-ft. cubes + one 10-ft. cube/level (S)

Major Image is a Silent Image that has sound, smell, and thermals.

Now, i tonly says "a creature" but how would one go about making an illusion of, say, a small group of horses with riders?  Would Major Image (using sounds, smell, etc) be correct, or is there some other spell?

the "a force" part covers that.

A gygaxian dungeon is like the world's most messed up game show.

Behind door number one: INSTANT DEATH!
Behind door number 2: A magic crown!
Behind door number 3: 4d6 giant bees, and THREE HUNDRED POUNDS OF HONEY!
They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.

Seven for the Barbarian-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Monks doomed to die,
One for the Wizard on his dark throne

Q 12: You cannot make a potion from a spell that has Personal as the Range, but is there any reason you couldn't make a Single Use, Use Activate (example given is a potion, but there are elixirs and things like blast globes) wondrous item of a spell that is Personal?

A12 There is no reason as such, no.  However, the game does not have custom magic item creation rules; only custom magic item creation guidelines, as the guidelines are very easy to break.  As such, it's always subject to DM discretion.

Q13:  If a [Construct] with the Alternate Form special ability takes the form of a living creature, do they gain a CON score as indicated by the ability description?  Or, since the [Construct] type specifically states they have no CON score, does that override the Alternate Form wording?

A13: I'd say they wouldn't gain a Con score, since their type doesn't change, and not having a con score is part of the construct type.

I'm not sure that is correct, though. I'm not sure this qualifies as a simple question. :D

I think it is as simple as that.

A9:

Unfortunately at that level I think you'll need to pony up the gold, insanity can only be reversed by 6th or 7th level spells.

Heal is as low as 5th level on some lists (Adept, for one)
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!
