Q106 What page of UA is Combat Wizard on?  I can never seem to find it.

A106: You mean "trade Scribe Scroll for Improved Initiative"? Page 59, just before the Specialist Wizard Variants (Spontaneous Dispel and Chains of Disbelief and all that).

Q 107 Has anyone used Reserve Points in their campaigns? If so, did you find that they were essentially necessary for it?
I did in a couple "no magic" games, and it helped keep downtime between fights low, especially for long battles that were essentially running around to several encounters within the battlefield, without magical healing. This was also before ToB, though.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Bump...

Q88 How the feat Augment Healing (Complete Divine) interacts with Vigor spells? All the fast healing is increased, or the extra healing only comes into play at the time of casting?

Q110 Any class that's not a favored class for a certain monster is nonassociated? What if the monster entry does not include a favored class?

Double each linear dimension at each increase in size category; medium -> large -> huge -> gargantuan -> colossal gives four doublings, or each side 16 times longer. For volume, 16^3 = 2^12 = 4096 (I assume you have some starting dimensions from somewhere).

Please tell me these missiles are going to be guided by teams of Fine sized sprites.

Note that (for no good reason) mass only doubles at each size increase.

Why?

It is a mystery.

A110: Favored class has nothing to do with it, only whether the class advances the monster's primary attack style. I'd recommend re-reading that section again.

Q111 Besides the Lycanthrope/entomanthrope templates or a base race, what other ways of gaining the Shapechanger subtype exist?

Q 112 Since Pathfinder's supposed to be fairly compatible with 3.5, does that mean the templates they use are also compatible for the CR increase they give (eg. Advanced Template gives +4 to all ability scores and +2 natural AC for CR +1)?

Quasilycanthrope template gives the Shapechanger subtype.  Other options are the Master of Many Forms and Shapeshifter prC's.  I believe Primevil does too.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Confirm that Primeval makes you a "magical beast (shapechanger)". Warshaper does *not* give the subtype, oddly enough. Master Transmogrofist (Complete Arcane 50) gives it at level 5/10 after losing two caster levels. That is all that comes to mind, but there are likely more. Try Eberron books, as they have that shifty race.

Q 113 When using Fabricate can I by RAW take 10?
Radical Taoist
[spoiler]It bears saying: if up against a logic-impervious DM who thinks Core is balanced and Psionics*  isn't, then the most powerful way to disprove that is to play a C.o.D. (Cleric or Druid). Noncore material will not be necessary unless you are going for pure overkill (Draconic Wildshape? Divine Metamagic?). So by all means, if you must win that argument, take you C.o.D. to town. Annihilate the opposition. Make the NPCs and other players scream "Oh no, it's C.o.D.zilla!!!!!" in badly dubbed English. Breathe radioactive fire. Knock down buildings. Then stomp out of the burning Tokyo that is the ruins of the game and swim off into the ocean, seeking a DM with some basic cognitive functions. [/profile]

Question 116

So I'm having some trouble with Knowledge Devotion in an unarmed build I'm constructing. Now does one apply the bonuses from knowledge devotion to every type of damage dealt? For example if I'm bull-rushing a character with dungeoncrasher levels would the damage progression look something like this:

unarmed strike 1d6 +4 str +2 knowledge devotion + dungeon crasher 4d6 +8 str +2 knowledge devotion +1 power attack

Or would knowledge devotion only apply once to the whole thing (as opposed to every new damage source)?
