I'll turn into a Half-Seven different types of dragons, Ghost Dragon, and add some Celestial and fiendish to the mix
What? :o No. I call your bluff on that one.

Off course you do :) He'll just turn into a Roc I think. I just wanted to make an In-game joke about the sillyness that is Shapechange.

I find Polymorph to be more silly though. At least with Shapechange, as ridiculous as it can get, it's still a 9th level spell.

Yeah, but it's a wickedly overpowered spell nevertheless, most 9th level spells are. But they often just seem like: Win one combat. Shapechange is like, win combats for the rest of the day, and have utility.

Back from my meeting. Got a few revisions to make on the paperwork before Saturday, but other than that, everything important got approved.

If no one disagrees, let's move this to the part where everyone's outside, looking down on the forest and ready to go.

Fine by me.
Alkazar will have turned into an air elemental by then. If he needs to carry more than two people, he will change to a half-celestial Roc out there.

What size an elemental? Medium? Large?

@ Sohala -- Were you going to tell the group what your druid discovered when everything pieced the papers together, or do you want to keep that secret from everyone?

I was debating that...leaning towards pulling the NPC to the side, while everyone flies off. There is a minor amount of trust to each of the party, but the NPC gets points for a nature connection.
"You think I'm talking about breaking the rules?"
"No I'm just trying to figure out how far you want them bent."

Which NPC? Drexs or Roryn? Or someone else?

lol Fair enough. Drexs has a nature connection because, like all concordant killers, he's true neutral. As a druid knows, most animals are too. Also, he's been hired by Ehlonna to find what the hell's going on. So any help you gave him would help in his investigation.

It usually does, yes. Which is why I had it in a line all to itself. However, I know some people have the ability to argue (quite well) that even when spellcaster's die their spells continue on because of the spellcaster level at which it was cast. I know I've been in games where we killed the spellcaster and spells were still going.

A lot of your spells are hours and even days long. I'd say that at most, your spells last 24 hours instead of 48. As in, whatever your spell duration was, it's halfed. Does that sound fair to you? If so, then then the three spells that you just re-cast on yourself may not need to be cast again if they're of a significantly long duration.

Edit: Basically I haven't seen anywhere RAW that states "If you die, your spell ends", and I know how my group rules it.

Now to rebuff...

I JUST unbuffed...but that will be fine, thanks

Yeah, those buffs don't need to be cast at this time, I'll get them editted out, at some point...
