The update for 3.5 gets rid of the 3.0 style psi immunity.

O.o!!!!

Modrons are crazy strong! 20th level cleric AND sorc casting? Immunity to psionics? Good lord, these things makes Slaadi, Batzeu, and Tanaari look like level 1 commoners.

Shapechange into one of these with mindsite and you'd get hundreds of miles of telepathy depending on your modron.....not to mention ridiculous casting.

It also makes them extraplanar constructs, not outsiders, unless there is some other source than Dragon 354 that updated them. If so, where was it?
