Intro
The campaign starts at ECL1.  Assume all 3.5 material is allowed with "Dragon" and custom stuff allowed pending DM approval.  Hyperconscious is allowed.  I plan to research additional powers (normally 200XP per level) as prudent.

I've read build guides and "What's the Most Powerful Psionic Power" thread. This character is about mind controlling people, and I build it for a friend who has her heart set on going Telepath5/Mindbender10.  Mindbender is full casting/manifesting, as I believe it should be.

My party mates are uncertain.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"
