Q 63: Does a psionic power exist that aligns your weapon?  Specifically good aligned?

A 63: yes, but I am away from books so I can't list page number. If nothing else there is the spell to power variant.
E: "Did they... did they just endorse the combination of the JSDF and US Army by showing them as two lesbian lolicons moving in together and holding hands and talking about how 'intimate' they were?"
B: "Have you forgotten so soon? They're phasing out Don't Ask, Don't Tell."

Even having the power name or what book it's in would be enough, I can do the legwork myself, no problem.  Hell, I have the XPH and Complete Psi right next to me, and the SRD bookmarked :P

The only thing I could think of is to look in Secrets of Sarlona. They listed a bunch of common spells that also have psionic equivalents. It was in a Sidebar or something, and I don't remember the page number. Sorry. I also am not sure if something like this is in there, but there were quite a few things...

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

Q64: How does lesser Globe of Invulnerability interact with low level touch spells?  I'm assuming that they cannot be cast within the Globe.  What I wonder is, can a touch spell be cast outside the Globe, have the charge held, and then walk within the globe to attack the caster?

I don't think so. The globe also prevents spell effects from entering it. So it will block Magic Missiles and the like. That would include touch effects. They'd be suppressed while inside the globe.

Q 65: Going off of 63 above, is there a weapon augment crystal that can do the same thing?  And further, does psionics have an equivalent to Greater Magic Weapon?  Thus far I am down to all of two required pieces of gear, plus the demiplane and node, for the improved C-L (oh yeah, and he's also an agent of entropy...Neraph ftw!)

A63 part b; stygian bane (Complete Psi, pg 99) will make your weapon good alinged. i know there are others but it would take me a while to find them.

also remember with spell to power and a high level telepath you can get any spell as a power ;)

A65 Metaphysical Weapon?

Q60:  Can multiple abilities that require a touch attack be combined?  I feel like I've seen somewhere that they can, but I may be confusing it with the ability to use a touch attack ability to deliver a touch spell (which works, right?)
Most touch attacks (except for melee touch delivered spells) are Su abilities, so they require a standard action, so by RAW you can't combine them. Most DMs I know allow you to combine them with a single melee attack, however, similar to the rules for delivering a melee touch attack spell with a natural weapon or unarmed strike.
Could you combine a touch spell with a touch attack that is specifically treated as an attack with something that modifies unarmed attacks?
Example: For the sake of coming up with examples on the fly, say a 20th level Dread Necromancer takes the Stunning Fist feat.  Could he, say, cast a stunning, scabrous vampiric touch?  If so, could he apply his paralyzing touch with it?  If not, would he still be able to use it as a secondary attack?

My "simple" questions are never all that simple  :lol
Yes, you could combine a touch spell with a special touch attack with a natural attack. Like a shocking grasp + dessicating touch + slam attack.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...

Q66: The test of the Flaming Sphere spells states that it "can be extinguished by any means that would put out a normal fire of its size." How much water would need to be poured on it, or created by Create Water, would be enough to extinguish it?

Q67
My dm insists that Druid's Wildshape ability is unable to transform into anyform over 15 hd....
He says that because in wildshape's description reads that it works like polymorph....
Now I showed him the Errata that  changed the like polymorph line to like alternate form but he still says that alternate form too works like poymorph and thus I wouldn't be able to transform into anything over 15 hd....
I am sure that I am missing something that would win the arguement but what?

While not definitive here is your case:
Quote
...This ability functions like the alternate form special ability, except as noted here...

The issue is that your DM is reading the alternate form spell.

The text of Alternate Form does not mention Polymorph anywhere. It does not function like Polymorph at all.

This isn't defined. I'd say a good rule of thumb would be a Create water of equal or greater caster level, or an equivalent amount of water.

well, to be fair, in the MM glossary it does say "[...] functions much like polymorph, except [...]"
key word(s) = "much like" ..... which is different from "exactly like".

but yeah, that DM clearly doesn't understand wild shape (either that, or doesn't understand the phrase "except as noted here").

If you stop ignoring 289 pages telling what the intent is to stretch "more power" in your own god complexion of your interpretation trumps all to cover ability adjustments from aging then I will ignore a quarter page of rules that exist within a sidebar.
I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.

Q54: How do arrow enhancements interact with using arrows as improvised melee weapons? Do they gain them despite being enchanted as ammunition or no?
Q55: Are arrows used as melee weapons as likely to be destroyed on a hit as arrows used as ammunition? What about on a miss?

Don't think I got word on this.

A54: Yes.

A55: The rules are kind of stupid here. They don't say anything about arrows breaking when used as melee weapons, so I guess technically they don't. At all. Don't expect a DM to rule that way, though. :P
