Gnoll 2 charges Grizz -> d20 + 5 = 8, and misses terribly.
Gnoll 1 approaches with more caution and attacks -> d20 + 3 = 15.  His attack is deflected by Grizz's shield.

Neither of them pass within 30 feet of Ixen.

Updating, since the gnolls see Grizz's polearm:
Each gnoll drops their axe and shield and draws a bow to fire.  Gnoll 2 shoots -> d20 + 1 = 4 and misses terribly.
Gnoll 1 shoots -> d20 + 1 = 13 and the arrow bounces off of Grizz's armor.

Round 2!
Since we're still low level and the point is to test the other classes, I'll refrain from my attacks of opportunity. Keep in mind that I'm using a reach weapon.
Also, no shield. :P
I forgot about the reach weapon.  It makes more sense that they'd shoot at you instead.  Are you guys cool with me redoing that?  I'll use the same rolls, so they'll still end up missing, but they'll be standing in their original squares.

(Sorry, I missed archangel's initial post and I thought we were still waiting on him!)

Aepa's shot sinks deep into to gnoll's shoulder with a thunderous echo.  The gnoll grunts, but is still standing.
Forgot to select granted maneuvers. Will roll for them now, including extra for round 2- Will roll d5-d4-d3-d2, counting from top of my list, to determine choices:
4- Douse the Flames
4- Leading the Attack
2- Vanguard Strike
2- Stone Bones
Grizz runs up in between the Gnolls, punching one of the foes in the face to create an opening for his friends.

Activate Iron Guard's Glare, move to Q8, and initiate Leading the Attack using spiked gauntlet vs. Gnoll #1.

1d20(18)+5=23
1d4(4)+3=7

If the attack hits, my allies get +4 to attacks vs. Gnoll 1.
Ironguard's Glare grants a -4 penalty on attacks vs. my allies to any enemies I threaten.
