My work
The tier system in a nutshell:
Tier 6: A cartographer.
Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
Tier 1: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything and the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.
You probably want the Binders article that includes that 6th level vestige that gives you summon monster. http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/frcc/20070718

Perhaps the Vampire Lord template. I don't think that was ever in a print book. http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mm/20021018a

Psionic vestiges: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070119a

Getting Wired, I think, has already been copied to somewhere on this forum.

Cyran Gliding Boots: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cw/20061120a
Clockwork Armor: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cw/20070212a
Spell Clock: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cw/20070312a

(By the way, I'm just linking random stuff I personally think is interesting or like.)

Divine Minion: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mb/20050209a
Guidance of the Avatar: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/sb/sb20010504a
Mirror Move: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/sb/sb20000901a

Aasimar and Drow progression: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040213a
Ghost progression: (Is this also in LM? I forget) http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040117a

Could just copy the guide to free D&D. :p

How plausible would it be for someone to offer Wizards to host the stuff for them? :P

You mean minus the offering?  IMO once they decide it's not worthy of their server space, it's open content and fair game.  :devil  ALL information should be FREE!  -RATM blares in the background-

Most of the minds eye needs to be saved then. We need to keep what limited psionics support there is alive.

I have a PDF with all the vestiges from non-ToM sources, but I can't remember where I got it from.
It was in someones sig, on some forum, years ago. it's damn handy though.

It's made from someone called L. Palermo, if that helps...

okay just how dumb are they.

im sure they realize that they have a strong following of people who while not buying the current product visit there site for the older editions of the game.

i know we may not be buying current product but to me its a poor buisness decsion that alienates customers.

In my humble opinion, CO is haberdashery. Some say we're mad, but we can all agree we're hatters. Yes, we have potential to make very sophisticated hats, very fancy hats, be they dark or light. But the truth is that the color of the hat does not come from the group of us - our community doesn't directly produce hats. We simply give average head circumferences, list current fashion trends, and point out some shiny, obscure baubles to add to the latest hat line.

The Mind's Eye

I did this about 2 weeks after 4E hit the shelves. I knew this day would come. The formatting in the word file might be a bit weird, but I'm pretty sure I got everything that isn't in the others.

EDIT: Anybody know anywhere better to upload it? That was just the first place that came to mind.
So you end up stuck in an endless loop, unable to act, forever.

In retrospect, much like Keanu Reeves.

Well I suppose we're lucky this didn't happen all at once with no notice, WotC would be perfectly within their rights, and at this point I wouldn't have put it past them... I'm going to be saving the Mind's Eye if anyone is interested in it.

EDIT: Swordsage'd so hard, it's as if there were a super-ninja that made a better Swordsage then the Swordsage, and that Super-Ninja Swordsage'd me. I now coin a new slang term for this: Ninja'd.

Don't forget the "Avenger".

And we do have Font of Inspiration saved...right?
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

Don't forget to check the GitP thread: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=170882

The Guide to Free D&D thread doesn't edit posts - the most up-to-date lists are at the end of the thread.

Well, I've gone through and downloaded a preposterous amount of these things since I have nothing better to do tonight with my girlfriend out. Are there any really important ones I should grab?

I'm just downloading the webpages straight.

I saved my favorite Mind's Eye pages, 3.0 and 3.5.  I dislike the PDFs' organization.
Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"
