Think so, but doesn't stop you from enchanting it with a Programmed Image or some other such with ease as a SCM

So what have we snagged so far :

-Transmutation food poisoning
-Locate City Bomb...nuclear pie!  Classic.
-Heal!  Just like the nintendo games when the big pie healed you to full!
-Raise Dead, and call yourself Miracle Max!
-Manyjaws/Fireball eggshell grenades
-Web doughballs
-Stinking Cloud (eek, burnt cookies!)
-Plant Growth, now cooking for plants, too!
-Reduce Person (not the RED PILL!)
-Black Tentacles, oh noes, we left it in the fridge too long!
-Acid Arrow, it burns, it burns!
-Pastry of Acid/Fire/Cold/Sound/Force/Electricity, one for every 4th level flavor!

Just off the top of my head :P  Personally, I'll be using the LCB on that sorc a few threads down, and most likely the Stinking Cloud too.
