Arcane Transfiguration
Pre-Requisites: Item Reprieve, Spell Reprieve, specialist wizard level 10th
Benefit: Choose a school of magic that was previously prohibited to you because of your arcane specialization.  You can now learn and cast spells from that school normally, as if you were not a specialist wizard.
Special: You can select this feat only once.  The school you choose must be one for which you have already taken both the Spell Reprieve and the Item Reprieve feats.

Yes, it has 2 feat pre-reqs.  Depending on how you interpret the Pre-Requisites line, you may not even qualify for this feat with most of the Wizard builds we do around here (what with them jumping out by level 5 and all).  Item Reprieve is generally better if you don't want to attempt dumping of massive skill ranks into UMD just to have a decent chance of using Wands, and Spell Reprieve can get you specific spells that are so awesome that you just have to have them.  If you still just want specific spells, then perhaps Item Reprieve + an appropriate Runestaff can get you the stuff you want.

Arcane Transfiguration has no prereq, at least the version I've seen.
SO the prereqs let you:
1. use spell completion and spell trigger items from a banned school
2. pick a single spell from a banned school.

Depending on what you want to do, that first feat might be good enough.

EDIT: XCodes has it.

Dang it, I read it that those were the feats that it's a prereq for.
[spoiler]Fighter: "I can kill a guy in one turn."
Cleric: "I can kill a guy in half a turn."
Wizard: "I can kill a guy before my turn."
Bard: "I can get three idiots to kill guys for me."

On a strange note, would anyone be put out if we had a post about people or events we can spare a thought for, or if its within their creed, a prayer for? Just a random thought, but ... hells I wouldn't have known about either Archangels daughter or Saeomons niece if I didn't happen to be on these threads.
Sounds fine to me.
probably over on "Off-topic".
might want to put a little disclaimer in the first post.

This is the Min/Max board. We should be able to figure out a way to optimize the POWER OF PRAYER(TM) that doesn't involve "Pazuzu, Pazuzu, Pazuzu".
