+0 or +1 LA template for wings and reach?

Hey guys, the title really says it all.
Im looking for a template to add to an existing character that will add wings. Preferably something with no LA.

Anyone know of one?
Or if not a template is there any other way to permanently get wings?

Hmmm, dragonborn is only for good characters from what im reading about it.
My char is evil. I dont think its an issue as its easily changed to work on evil chars but my DM tends to stick to alignment requirements.

You guys know of any other templates i could use?

At +0 LA, not really. Unseelie Fey was mentioned before, but as was also mentioned, it's cheesy and from a Dragon mag. For what it's worth, it shouldn't be too hard to refluff the template to be for Evil characters (Dragonborn of Tiamat?).

Gonna try work it out somehow, since its applying to my current char it would have to be a dragonborn of hextor? hahaha! That wont really work, im sure i can think of a way to make it work.
The reason im looking for +0 LA is caus im already feral and bought that off, i could do without adding another template with an LA.

Although, a +1 LA template might not be too bad.

The only +1 template I know that gives reach is half minotaur and that's a) dragon b) broken c) inherited.

Well, you can also use feats to get reach, but it requires burning a feat on a garbage prereq.  You can choose to go the aberration route or the willing deformity route.

this is a great way to go .... provided you have the feats to spend:

Aberration Blood(Flexible limbs +2 bonus on Grapple checks )
Inhuman Reach
Starspawn
Deepspawn

gain 2 extra Tentacle Attacks + Wings and Reach

Its not lesser, its just the normal Zenythri. But i didnt get a +1 from the race. All players got to pick a planar race from planewalker and drop 1 from any LA.
At the moment i have no LA caus the free one from the race for the game and i bought off the feral LA.

So im just looking for another template now to add to the char, i can also buy off another template soon enough if i want. I just like the thought of adding both wings and reach to the char for some fun.

Im pretty locked down on feats. The char is a cloistered cleric, prestige paladin, ruby knight. I was cutting it pretty tight on feats already.
The half minatour looks awesome. I will chat to my DM about that in about an hour and see what he says. Im pretty sure he will ok it.

You could also see if your DM would be willing to make an equivalent of the aasimar->half celestial transition class.  Or maybe closer to the feytouched-> half fey transition, since that's a little better.  Even without the SLAs it'd be decent.

Aberration Blood requires Type == Humanoid, doesn't Feral make you Monstrous Humanoid if you weren't already?
