Whoa.  Wicked synergy there, man.  Nature's Avatar (gotta be some way to still get that in wild shape) + Inspire Courage = Win.

Binder 2(1) / Wizard 3(4) / Anima Mage 10 /  Shadowcraft Mage 5       1 and 4 still meets your two base, two PrC req's

Druid3, Wizard2, Arcane Hierophant10, Mystic Theurge5           - yea ol' MT is garbages, but it fits the req's more easily than Fochlucan Lyrist

Druid5, Planar Shepherd10, PrC Ranger2(Mystic and Wildshaping if you can get all of that approved) - whatever3(with wildshape and casting)

wait, I think we can do better,
Binder 2/Archivist 3/Anima Mage(divine adaptation)10/Shadowcraft Mage 5(provided you can find a divine version of a shadow spell by then)
possibly Tainted Sorcerer 1 instead of 1 level of binder for free metamagic

Superb social skills, feign death, morphic familiar (skip the dual specialization), 8d6 sneak attack (more with hunter's eye).

Only 3 Mantles without spending feats meaning a short list of powers to choose from if the DM doesn't allow the mantle customization ACF
