EDIT2:I have kick-boxing tonight AND the game this is planned for(The players aren't at THIS point yet) so I won't have the time to add their characters. Instead, I'll skip to the explanation of the situation in the first post.
Paragon adds +15 to the Challenge Rating. So assuming gestalt adds another +2, you're looking at a CR 37 creature there...
Ouch... That's a lot, I didn't knew about all of this, but with the "help" the players have, it shouldn't be TOO much of a problem.
I havent looked at the paragon your mentioning.
But I would suggest going Sorc more than 5. Are you planning on using the loredrake cheese to boost caster levels?
I would do something like sorc/incantrix on one side. then on the other throw in some Pali for cha to saves, use one of the varients. Then add some more things just to make him harder to kill. Monk? Turn him into some sort of uber Gish.
You have alot of levels to play with.. have you considered more templates? Feral? Fast healing is nice.
Thing is, I really wanted to make it the opposite of its dead brother(who was helping the players), who was a sorcerer20|wizard5/paragon15.

(I know, the order of the feats most probably is terrible, but the end result is what I really cared about in this case.
Something important to take note of, is that this kobold has been alive for 125 years, ruling over a part of the world on its own. He had NO troubles with money since if he wanted something, he just took it which explains the many wishes he made for his and his friends' stats.)
