Just downloaded it today. Free alternative to MTGO/MWS, and can be used for multiplayer/EDH.

So far I'm liking it.

That might be the best and worst thing I've discovered this year. The only reason I never got into MtG was because I couldn't afford it.
That no longer seem to limit me.
Oh dear.

There's a trick to getting the packs to install. You may need to check to official forums.

Cockatrice is trying to Lure you into it's trap. Better not have Flying.
It always seems like the barrels around here have something in them.

I prefer LackeyCCG for my free online card program.

You can play over 30 different CCGs all for free.  No advertising, no sign ups, no garbage.

It's not perfect, but for what you pay, it is incredible.

Same with Cockatrice, but does Lackey allow multiplayer?

Yes LackeyCCG allows for online multiplayer.  Totally free and usually 80+ people on at any time.  Not just MTG, also YuGioOh/Pokemon/WoW CCG etc.

I think the average I've seen on Cockatrice is 100 or so (most I've seen is around 400).
