Q70 Can I potentially boost the Spell Level of a Wand to 9th level or higher with the use of Heighten Spell Feat and Metamagic Item infusion?
Q97 Can I get a answer to Q70?

Higher? No.  Heighten is capped at 9.  Otherwise, I believe so.

Cool then, that might be quite useful for my Artificer when he prepares for a surprise attack.

Q 94 I've got a question from someone not on the site. How is it possible for Pun-Pun to exist?

Quote: "Aaaaaaaaaaand it's broken right off the crack.  Divine minion allows you to wild shape as an 11th level druid AS A SUPERNATURAL ABILITY.  The master of many forms requires wild shape AS A CLASS FEATURE.

What a bunch of dumb-asses."
Tell him from me he's a dumbass himself for not doing his research before calling people dumbasses. That one is somewhat sketchy, yes, but there's a build (which TML mentioned) that does it at level 1 without Divine Minion.

On second thought, he's a dumbass anyway - the Druid's Wild Shape is a Supernatural ability too. The only valid argument against Divine Minion can be that it's a racial or template ability rather than a class ability. Saying it's a Supernatural ability instead of a class ability is retarded.

You can't be distracted by the thing that you're doing.  It's like saying "you can't take 10 while climbing, because hanging on a ledge is distracting you, or "you can't take 10 while crafting alchemical items because you're distracted by the deadly acid in your vials".

I'm imagining a gnome with sweat on his brow, eyes bugged out as he stares at some acid in a vial.

But seriously, that should help convince him.  Thanks.

There's a sage answer saying that even though it's not from class levels, same named or function-as abilities from race will qualify you, same as wearing a ring of evasion would, though individual DMs may rule otherwise at their discretion.

Not that it matters, since you don't even need DM anymore to pun-pun.

There have been a variety of builds for Pun-Pun.  The original build was a 17th level wizard and the current build is something I can't entirely remember, but it's 1st level.  I don't know why people keep focusing on one outdated build.
Because they are morons with ADD that don't read past the first post.

Q 99 Is there a way for a vampire to become immune to damage from the sun and daylight? I know there's an artifact, but I'm looking more for an item that all vampires could wear. Or even a feat.

A99 Closest I have is Shadow Sun Ninja turned Vamp. Perhaps a custom magic item that requires one of them to contribute that aspect, like a 2nd party providing spells or xp for creating an item.
Clerics and Druids are like the 4 and 2 in 42. Together they are the answer to the ultimate question in D&D.
Retire the character before the DM smacks you with the Table as the book will feel totally inadequate now.-Hazren

Endure Sunlight, libris mortis.

I think the spell Armor of Darkness (is that the proper name?) negates all penalties of being in the sun since it cloaks you.

Great, thanks.

All I get from the spell is "the subject gains a +2 bonus on saving throws against any holy, good, or light spells or effects." So however that's interpreted.

A player once asked me if there was any way to make a Tarrasque more evil... 3 sessions later he was stoned with D20s as the PC led an exidus out of the path of a Dire Tarrasque of Legendary Wonder.
