Want to be a sorcerer, specifically I want to be a Debuffer if possible, or at least decent with metamagic.

Unknown for other side.

you do know that sorcerers are not decent with metamagics in general right?

you could give up your framiliar and take the metamagic specialist ACF.  followed by the dragon blooded racial sub level for a free bonus feat ( draconic heritage ) ide have to look over the spell lists that the dragons give you for a perfect match on a debuffer. but one of the draconic feats gives you a freightfull prescience every time you cast a spell.  you may also want to couple that with nightmare spinner to stack more fear effects.

i personaly like bards as debuffers because of they innate buffing they all ready have.  throw in sublime cord for 9th level spells and you are good to go.

i also think you may want to try to add in binding for some good abilities but not sure what ou have alloweed and how you are doing your stats

If you want to stay sorcerer but still qualify for that feat, use the feat arcane preparation that allows your to prepare spells as a wizard if you want to.
First off, the Joker is a smooth operator. He is very good at convincing people of things, twisting them to further his goals. This is the guy who turned Harvy Dent into Two Face with a simple Bluff check and ten minutes of RP.

Wizard it is. Thus far my plan is Focused Abyssal Specialist (Complete Mage, Drow of the Underdark) and drop my familiar for all my spells to be chaotic (Dragon Magazine 357), take at least 1 lvl of Hathran for Rashemi Spirit Magic (Spontaneous Magic) and I need either an item that uses http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fw/20040710a (Acorn of Far Travel) or somehow add it to my spell list, or take Druid / Ranger levels on my other side.

Also, other PrC's on my wizard side would be great!

Also taking Truename'ing from Dragon 317 and Spell Focus (Chaos), help from here? :)

If you want to use Metamagic as non-prepared caster, the feat you want is Rapid Metamagic from Complete Mage. It removes the time increase of applying metamagic feats to spontaneity spells.

or archivist on the other side. so you get all the cleric and druid spells you want.

Academic Priest makes it all Int based does it not?

And the stats are 18, 18, 16, 16, 14, 14.

not sure havent read or head of the feat to be honest.

but i wouldnt worry about it you have the two 18s one in int one wisdom and you should be good to go.  your probably not casting a huge amount of spells with dcs from the archivist side anyway.

you may want to go with something like this for a build
wizard 5/nightmare spinner 5 ( think you can get in at 5th ) / binder 1/ anamagus 9 ( needs improved binding feat )
archivist 5/ divine oracle 2/ sacrod exorcist 1/ archivist 2/ contenplative 10

gives full casting in both and some vestiges to help with the debuff.  i was reading a lot of domains and they have some great debuffs in the them ( a lot to choose from ) plus access to all divine spells.

the wizard side may need tweaked around a touch to fit in correctly level wise but its close.

Academic Priest changes everything but DC's, Archivist needs wisdom only for bonus spells, so Profit, cha-ching.

Thanks for build ideas, but I am skipping on Anima Mage. And I want Hathran, otherwise no need for Archivist heh.
