What spells damage, drain, or otherwise reduce ability scores?

DEX: Ray of Clumsiness
STR/DEX/CON: Ray of Entropy
INT: Ray of Stupidity

All in SpC. The first two are penalties, the third is damage.

There is bloodstar or something like that in SpC that drains 1 point of con every time you hit the designated creature.  As I recall it's considered a horrible spell, but it's there.

Infestation of Maggots (SpC/MaoF) deals Con damage, IIRC.

Bloodsnow (Frostburn) does Con damage.  Pair it with Drifts of the Shalm (PHBII) to get snow anywhere.

No no, it's not horrible.
Not with the proper setup.
Just toss summons with a lot of attacks onto the target.
Your party totemist for the same reason.
Your archery buddy with his splitting bow.
Your snap kick flurry-of-blowing monk friend.
....that sounds not quite right.
Anyway, you get the point.

How about Baleful Polymorph?  That one changes every stat and is core  :D

Also the Vest of the Master Envoker in the Magic Item Compendium adds 2 points of damage per spell level to 3 evocation spells a day.  The damage is the same type as the spell normally does, so it should work with ability damaging spells (not drain).  It may fall under the war mage ruling though where that is only suppost to apply to HP damage.
