Making a LOOOONG story short: my DM is letting my 10th level druid select two to four non-druid spells of 1-4th level to add to my spell list.  He said he'll consider anything not on the Druid list but that he's not promising to grant the choices I make.  We play a week from Sunday so I'd appreciate your suggestions ASAP.

Self-Buffs for sharing with your companion is always fun. Divine Power is obvious, as is Righteous Might. EDIT: But the latter is a level 5 power. Silly me.

Celerity.

I can't think of something else beside that at the moment, but Celerity is a nice spell.

Interesting topic. Here are some more of the top of my head . . .

Sonorous Hum SpC
Silence
Glibness
Shivering Touch (Frost)
Favor of the Martyr (SpC)
Capt. Bart Mancuso: My Morse is so rusty, I could be sending him dimensions on playmate of the month.

I don't know how far he actually means to go with being willing to "consider anything not on the Druid list", but if you can convince your DM to allow you to cast a psionic power as a spell (or simply make a homebrew spell that emulates a psionic power), Expansion would be a fun one.  Cast it out of a 4th level slot to become a Gargantuan grizzly/dire bear.  :smirk

I thought about Giant Size, but isn't the spell level on that too high?

Wow. That Guidance of the Avatar is something else.  Anyone's DM ever permitted that?

How about Voice of the Dragon from Dragonomicon?

The nicest thing about it is for Trapsmiths its a first level power.

I allow it, but house rule it back to how it's supposed to work (you take 20 as the normal time for the action, max of 1 minute long actions)

If we go by lowest level, haste is also level 1 for a trapsmith IIRC.  Celerity is of course THE wizard spell to know but the other suggestions are nice too.  I don't like black tentacles though, frankly solid fog is better, but there are other better spells than either, the druid has enough battlefield control and blasting.

What's your preferred mode of combat as a druid?  If you rarely wildshape and mostly rely on your spells, wraithstrike becomes weaker.  This might be overkill but.. Polymorph?  There are a lot of fun forms you can take with that spell that you can't with wildshape.

consider some tactical movement options, such as dimension door or benign transposition

Thanks all.  These are great.  I know that Celerity and Wraithstrike are out, as the DM doesn't like them.  Wings of Flurry is insane, but worth raising.  I think Giant Size is too high a level spell, unless I missed something.  I wonder what he'll think about Shivering Touch, which is a solid spell.  Benign Transposition is  a great idea as is Favor of the Martyr.  Silence and Glibness could also be handy.  There are so many good suggestions here.

Please let me know if there are others we've overlooked.

ruin delvers fortune is a good 4th level spell with or without charisma
fell the greatst foe is nice if you fight a lot of larger monsters
shock and awe can be a good utillity spell when you have room for it but its not great

Just out of Core: Dimension Door(Dimension Hop IIRC is a lower level version from the Duskblade List in PHB II), Haste(good buff, even better if you already have summons out), Vampiric Touch(Scary Bear + Temp HP = Scary Bear that doesn't need spells to heal himself) and maybe Shadow Conjuration(personal favorite of mine, for quasireal Phantom Steeds & Unseen Servants. Glitterdust, Web, Mage Armor could backfire if disbelieved, but are all useful in their own right).
