Spellcasting: Devoted Paladins cast prepared Divine spells from the Devoted Paladin spell list. They use their Wisdom score to determine the number of bonus spells per day, the highest level spell that they can cast, and the save DC of their spells. Unlike normal Paladins, a Devoted Paladin's caster level is equal to her Devoted Paladin level. Devoted Paladins automatically know all spells on their spell list.

Smite Evil (Su) : As the Paladin ability, but useable once per day at 1st level, plus one additional time per day at 8th level and every 6 levels thereafter.

Domain Spellcasting: At 2nd level and every 3 levels thereafter, select one domain granted by your deity or pantheon, or a domain that is representative of your  alignment, cause, or ideals. You gain the ability to prepare spells from that domain in your domain spell slots, like a Cleric. You do not gain the granted power of that domain.

Divine Grace (Su) : As the Paladin ability, but gained at 3rd level.

Lay on Hands (Su) : As the Paladin ability, but gained at 3rd level.

Aura of Courage (Su) : As the Paladin ability, but gained at 4th level.

Detect Evil (Sp) : As the Paladin ability, but gained at 4th level.

Divine Health (Ex) : As the Paladin ability, but gained at 4th level.

Turn Undead (Su) : As the Paladin ability, but gained at 5th level.

Domain Power (Su): At 6th level and every 6 levels thereafter, choose one domain that you have selected with your Domain Spellcasting ability. You gain the granted power of that domain, using your Devoted Paladin level as your Cleric level for the purposes of the domain's granted powers. If you already have the granted power of a domain, you gain no additional benefit for selecting it this way.

Remove Disease (Sp) : As the Paladin ability, but useable once per week at 7th level, plus one additional time per week every 4 levels thereafter.

Special Mount (Sp) : As the Paladin ability, but gained at 9th level. Your level for this ability is equal to your Devoted Paladin level minus 3.

Extra Domain Slots (Ex): Starting at 10th level, when you prepare your spells each day, you can prepare extra spells from your domains as though you had any number of additional domain spell slots whose total level does not exceed half your Devoted Paladin level. You cannot gain additional domain slots higher than the highest level domain slot your already have.

Improved Domain Spellcasting (Ex): Beginning at 13th level, your caster level for any spell that your domains grant is increased by 1 for every domain whose granted power you have.

Domain Smiting (Su): Starting at 15th level, you can sacrifice a prepared spell from one of your domain slots (including those granted by your Extra Domain Slots ability) as a free action once per round to smite an enemy. The spell that you sacrifice is lost as if you cast it, but it does not produce its normal effect. Instead, you add the spell's level as a Sacred bonus to your attack rolls and you deal an extra 1d4 points of damage per level of the spell. These effects last until the end of your turn. You can combine this ability with your normal Smite Evil ability and with other smite abilities as normal. Unlike Smite Evil, this ability functions against all opponents, regardless of alignment.


Devoted Paladin Spell List:

0th:   Create Water, Cure Minor Wounds, Detect Evil, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Guidance, Light, Purify Food and Drink, Read Magic, Resistance, Virtue
   In addition, any Paladin spell found as a 0th level spell on any other divine spellcasting class's spell list, such as Create Water, Detect Poison, Read Magic,  
Resistance, and Virtue, is considered a 0th level Devoted Paladin spell.

1st:   As the normal Paladin spell list, plus the following spells: Command, Comprehend Languages
   In addition, the following spells have been reduced in level compared to the normal Paladin spell list: Create Water, Detect Poison, Read Magic, Resistance, Virtue (0th)

2nd:   As the normal Paladin spell list, plus the following spells: Align Weapon, Bear's Endurance, Consecrate, Cure Moderate Wounds

3rd:   As the normal Paladin spell list, plus the following spells: Cure Serious Wounds, Protection from Energy, Remove Disease, Searing Light
   In addition, the following spells have been reduced in level compared to the normal Paladin spell list: Cure Moderate Wounds (2nd)
   In addition, the following spells have been increased in level compared to the normal Paladin spell list: Heal Mount (4th)

4th:   As the normal Paladin spell list, plus the following spells: Cure Critical Wounds, Discern Lies, Heal Mount, Holy Smite, Mass Cure Light Wounds, Order's Wrath
   In addition, the following spells have been reduced in level compared to the normal Paladin spell list: Cure Serious Wounds (3rd)

5th:   Atonement, Disrupting Weapon, Greater Command, Greater Dispel Magic, Hallow, Mass Cure Moderate Wounds, Raise Dead, Righteous Might, Spell Resistance

6th:   Blade Barrier, Greater Restoration, Heal, Heroes' Feast, Mass Bear's Endurance, Mass Bull's Strength, Mass Cure Serious Wounds, Mass Eagle's Splendor, Mass Owl's Wisdom, Undeath to Death
