There is a small golden bell on the dark wood surface, ringing it seems to have about as much effect as shouting did (no glowing words this time though)

the area behind the desk is uncluttered and there are several sets of keys hanging in one of the compartments.

Turns towards his companions. "Well, what is the plan now? This seems mighty suspicious."

Dick shrugs and says "I guess we check out the rest of the place. I agree that it is suspicious, though." He then touches the tattoo of what looks like a pair of vines intertwined in a helix pattern which curls its way up his left arm. The tattoo glows briefly, and light can also be seen from under his armor. Then the tattoos go dark again.

He pats the ruby colored short swords hanging at his sides and says "Let's go." and walks to the doors on the left of the reception area. As he walks, the little crystalline device that accompanies him crawls into his armor and out of sight.

[spoiler]Activate tattoo of Extended Share Pain, directing half of any damage Dick might take in the next 6 hours into his psicrystal. The Transducer and Capacitor hooked up to it prevent the tattoo from dissipating. Dick will refill it with power points later. He directs the psicrystal to crawl under his armor, to protect itself.[/spoiler]

There is a small antechamber beyond, another door to the left and more writing on the walls. There is a large picture of the building on teh wall but something seems off about it.

In the picture the building is nearly exactly the same, however the gold lettering adorning the walls is missing completely.

Greed, thinking to himself based on sense more than intellectual knowledge of magics, nonchalantly walks over to one of the walls where he'd seen letters appear. Leaning close, until his lips almost touched the wall, he whispers something quietly; his name. He didn't know much about magic, but he knew his name had power; it is why he had long chosen to go by Greed after utilizing it as a juvenile alias.

The lettering goes up all the walls and across all of the floorspace, however nothing other than the letters themselves seems out of the ordinary.
