Anyone have the answer to this one?:

Q219: Where is the Quick-Escape (nonmagical) armor upgrade located? I know I've seen it somewhere, but I can't find it in either Dungeonscape, Complete Scoundrel, Arms and Equipment Guide and Song and Silence, so I'm kinda running out of ideas on where I saw it...

Thanks,
~Bowen
I think you might be looking for a armor attachment thing in Races of the Wild.
Unfortunately it's not in RotW. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Thanks,
~Bowen
It's not in RoS either, so...

Complete Adventurer, I think.
No special armors in CAdv as far as I can tell. Maybe it was a Dragon mag or a web article.
Not a magazine or online article, because I have the actual book it was in. Tonight when I get home I'll drag them out and see if I can find it.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.

Yeah, it was in an actual book IIRC. Thank you very much for the effort, McPoyo :)

Arms and Equipment Guide, page 16. Table for it is on page 15. I had that book and Comp Adv in my car.

edit: It's called Quick-release.

Q 224 "Graz'zt was the creator of the Vasharans, a breed compared to humans as the drow are compared to elves."

Where can I learn more about, as well as find stats for, vasharans?
A224
p.12-13 BoVD

The only real difference between them and humans, is that (effectively) their 1st level bonus feat must be used for a Vile feat.
Found them thanks.

So I guess a much needed follow up.

Q 226 Is there a valid/official 3.5 update for BoVD?
have fun with that  :P
I don't think that there was even an errata (though, there may be some stuff addressed in FAQ :shrug)
Well that's nice of them considering some of the stuff has been updated. Like DR 20/+7. :rollseyes

I want to say there was a generic "update 3.0 stuff to 3.5" guide that WotC put out.  EG, I'm pretty sure that DR would become DR 20/epic.  I'm not having any luck finding it though.  You might try checking this out:  http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20030718a

Looked on crystal keep, and nothing like what the DM was describing.  Maybe he was just dreaming it up?

There was, I have it. It covers updates to the core three (which were re-released anyhow), Deities and Demigods, ELH, Fiend Folio, Manual of the Planes, and the MM 2. It also covers how a lot of things, like DR, changed based on type of DR and creature type (and subtype).

PM me and I can email it to anyone who wants. It's just a tad over 1 meg.

Pathfinder has it. Not sure which book in the Pathfinder series, but they have it. Check the d20pfsrd.com for it, search "Arrow, broad".

... either that, or it's in a 3rd-party book -- I wouldn't even know where to begin.
but if I happen to run across it, I'll let you know (go ahead and start holding your breath  :D)

Sounds like what I linked ... :)  I though there was a separate generic guide, but apparently that's the closest they came to it.  Thanks for the confirmation ... :)

Q232:  What kind of action is it for drawing / equipping a Mouth Pick weapon (Lords of Madness)?  Could a creature with multiple heads make use of Quickdraw to arm several of these weapons as a free action?

It is a move action.  If the creature has a >+0 BAB it is a move included action.
I think mouth picks can be kept equipped. (carried in mouth).

Crystal of Return, least,  300gp MIC65 should work. "Least: This crystal allows you to draw the weapon to which it is attached as a free action."

Since a hydra can make an attack with all of its heads as a standard action, you can just draw them all as part of your movement as long as your BAB is at least +1.

I wasn't sure if that was the case or not, since it indicates you can draw "a weapon" as part of a move action, but if you have TWF'ing, then you can draw 2 weapons.  Seemed like a specific limitation.

Ask your DM if a marilith could draw all of her weapons as part of a move action. If he says "Yes, of course." Then say "Great. Then I guess my hydra can, also." :D
