Q219: Where is the Quick-Escape (nonmagical) armor upgrade located? I know I've seen it somewhere, but I can't find it in either Dungeonscape, Complete Scoundrel, Arms and Equipment Guide and Song and Silence, so I'm kinda running out of ideas on where I saw it...

There was, I have it. It covers updates to the core three (which were re-released anyhow), Deities and Demigods, ELH, Fiend Folio, Manual of the Planes, and the MM 2. It also covers how a lot of things, like DR, changed based on type of DR and creature type (and subtype).

PM me and I can email it to anyone who wants. It's just a tad over 1 meg.

Pathfinder has it. Not sure which book in the Pathfinder series, but they have it. Check the d20pfsrd.com for it, search "Arrow, broad".

It is a move action.  If the creature has a >+0 BAB it is a move included action.
I think mouth picks can be kept equipped. (carried in mouth).

Since a hydra can make an attack with all of its heads as a standard action, you can just draw them all as part of your movement as long as your BAB is at least +1.

I wasn't sure if that was the case or not, since it indicates you can draw "a weapon" as part of a move action, but if you have TWF'ing, then you can draw 2 weapons.  Seemed like a specific limitation.

Ask your DM if a marilith could draw all of her weapons as part of a move action. If he says "Yes, of course." Then say "Great. Then I guess my hydra can, also."
