A105: No. A monk's AC bonus is lost when the monk "wears any armor" or "when she carries a shield", not when the monk has an armor or shield bonus to AC.A105b: Luminous Armor is a spell effect, not an item. I think in this case the grammar is less important than whether the Str and Dex bonus provided to your created undead scales.
