Nature
Soneleus
He comes from a very small village, composed of mechantrix's. They had made a deal with the druids involving the town living a peace with nature. He later traveled to and between the cities to learn more about them and the technology. Having learned much about the tech, he plans to aid the druids in dismantling the cities one by one.

Slippery Mind (Ex): This ability represents the Unseen Seer's ability to wriggle free from magical or psionic effects that would otherwise control or compel him. If a Unseen Seer with slippery mind is affected by an enchantment spell or effect and fails his saving throw, he can attempt it again 1 round later at the same Difficulty Class. He gets only this one extra chance to succeed on his saving throw.

Background
Like most people, Dick grew up hard. His father, an out of work alchemist, was bitter about life in general. While he was alive, he'd take it out on Dick and his Mom with his fists and toe of his boot. He did them a favor and blew himself up in an accident when Dick was only 7, though, and Dick's mom had to turn to prostitution to keep food on the table.

Dick himself learned to keep a low profile, and learned the value of information at an early age. He'd spend hours spying on people discreetly, especially "criminals", and sell this information to the local sheriff. This didn't make him very popular in school, but he didn't much care. It kept money in his pocket, and his Mom off the street. And besides, they were the bad guys, right?

As he grew up, his latent psionic talents developed in ways that helped him further improve his spying capacity. He also learned how to stab people where it hurts, and recently bought a pair of weapons that let him channel his psychic energies to do that even better. His favorite "tool" is the crystal he's infused with some of his abilities and personality. It can get into places far easier than he can, and is much harder to spot.

More recently, he's began using his talents to find people. He doesn't much care why the people seeking them want to find them, or why the hiding people are hiding, as long as he gets paid.
Appearance
Dick is tall (6'1") and fit (190 lbs), with slightly graying brown hair as he approaches middle age. His steel grey eyes mirror the color of the city's smog-filled sky. He is otherwise fairly nondescript and average looking.
Personality
He sees himself as a decent guy who's done well for himself given the relatively poor start he had. He feels a bit of empathy for those he's paid to track down and/or spy on, but he figures they probably deserve it. Otherwise, why would someone bother hiring him?
Party Role
Covert ops. Stabbing people in sensitive places.
Daily Buffs
He usually has Share Pain going, to divert half of any damage he takes to his psicrystal, if he has any idea at all that he might be heading into danger within the next 6 hours.
True, im sure there is a class or PRC out there that doesn't somewhere just by the quality of editing in some of the wizards books though.

Edit:
Whisperknife and windrunner from races of the wild dont have it.

It's likley an editing error anyway... Monsters tend not to have craft as a skill either so if anyone was playing a savage progression they might not have it... that being said Blackfire is playing an artificer anyway and they have craft as a skill so its fairly redundant.

I have now found the reason for it in comic form.
Also, someone will want the steam generator in the last panel.
