Seriously though, the best Tank is a Incarnate with Martial Spirit from feats.
Any other thoughts on how that build would work out?  I get the Therapeutic Mantle core of it, but if you had a build sketched out already I'd be interested in seeing it.
Therapeutic Mantle and Vitality Belt are the two important ones (an Incarnate 20 with max essentia in Vitality belt has an additional 160 hp to play with, a solid boost for any tank).

What he said.  Vitality belt gives you loads of HP - Every Essentia you put into it is an Improved Toughness feat.  You primary stat is CON, which gives you even more.  Incarnates often have more HP than Barbarians.  Theraputic Mantle + Martial spirit = +15 hp every time you hit something.    You can bind soulmends that boost yoru defenses in a dozen or so ways.  You can pick up Uncanny Dodge and Evasion, you can boost every save, you can get Immunity to Charms three different ways, you can get Immunity to Energy drain and Attribute Damage.  You can wear full non-magical full plate for +8 AC and still bind to your soul chakra.... which gives you a crapload of immunities if you are Law-aligned, or can give you continuous True Seeing.

You are a shield and a bastion for your allies and you are as unwavering as a stone wall.  :p
Eh, the wizard have more money than them combined, he could in theory just use all his money on a fleet of trained attack mules, but then we aren't playing 3.5 but zergling rushing in Starcraft instead.
