Alright Ive updated with a Weapon of Legacy. I still plan on adding a Zombie Dragon of some type for Syndragosa... Skeleton Dragons cant fly correct.. thats balls btw... they should just get magical flight.
IIRC dracoliches can fly.  ;)

I really didnt know If I should go the Troll blood or Undead route, but I dont think Arthus is dead... or at least he didnt start that way. He did rip his own heart out and hide it so maybe...
Sounds like you want this: http://dungeons.wikia.com/wiki/Heartless_Mage_%283.5e_Prestige_Class%29
A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.
...thanks
I think the best I could do with that would be an Adult White Dracolich... 18 HD ... its large and not too bad but now that I think about it I could just use animate dead and get a 30HD White Zombie Dragon... I have one open feat I need to decide on either Extra Turning or Corpse Crafter. If I dont get Extra Turning I cant use Nightsticks unless Im wrong. Of course then I dont need Undead Leadership either with Animate dead..... hmmm

You can use Nightsticks just fine w/o Extra Turning.

yknow i was expecting 8 levels of dread necromancer and the lich template in there somewhere... that being said the lich king should really be an epic character considering what his abilities are..

Na he is just a high lvl character with some very bad ass artifact armor and weapon. You take away Frostmourne and the Lich King Armor and he is just a fallen paladin with daddy issues.

no need for home brew.  Already an applicable Wu Jen spell.
Eh, the wizard have more money than them combined, he could in theory just use all his money on a fleet of trained attack mules, but then we aren't playing 3.5 but zergling rushing in Starcraft instead.

That's not true. The Lich King is actually composed of two seperate entities, both of which were probably level 20. Arthas was the Fallen Paladin/Death Knight and he eventually shattered the Frozen Throne with Frostmourne and took the Helm of Domination, which contained the essense of Ner'Zhul, an Orc Warlock who was turned into the original Lich King by demons. Going by what is written, Ner'Zhul as the Lich King was probably an epic character after his demonic empowerment. When Arthas put on the Helm it fused him and Ner'Zhul into a single being, the guy everyone refers to now as The Lich King.

In short, Arthas was most likely a level 20 Death Knight build and Ner'Zhul was at least a level 20 caster of some sort (I like the idea of a Winterhaunt of Iborighu build) separately. Combined they would almost certainly be an epic build as a single entity.

Ner'Zuhl was a warlock  wasn't he... besides that he needs levels in Fiend of Possession.

Actually Id say more like a Gesalt build. But yeah with Ner'Zhul he is an epic character possibly... however epic characters are easy to build to be powerhouses... lvl 20 is where its at. But Arthas wasnt very powerful before he gained Frostmourne and the Helm. In fact if you played WarCraft III ... he was ok.

Ner'Zuhl was a warlock  wasn't he... besides that he needs levels in Fiend of Possession.

Yes he was a warlock ... and na he was fused into an epic Item with an unbelievable ego score... no FoP needed

Ner'Zhul was actually a shaman. I think you guys are thinking of Gul'dan.

I completely forgot about gestalt. That actually makes a lot of sense. Assuming that Ner'zhul isn't epic then gestalt is perfect.

So is there a list of the best Cleric spells to persist? Ive been searching and havent found a good list yet. With nightsticks I dont really have to worry about number of turn attempts. So what should I persist. Im getting close to finishing my build up and just needed to add in the buffs to the build.

*SPOILER ALERT*

Actually, IIRC, at the end of Arthas: Rise of the Lich King Ner'Zhul's spirit was slain by the Lich King, as was Arthas' spirit. The Lich King was the only entity left behind.
