I'd skip Factotum 11, 1 extra is point at the cost 3 three levels over an 8 level dip.
If you want to ignore DR learn a strike.
If you want to bypass SR try being a caster so it's useful.
Anyway, what is your role?
A do all?
Chameleon is where its at. A 7 (8?) level dip into chameleon gives the double focus ability which is a really really nice must have. You can multiclass out from there pretty much anything but I suggest a single level dip into Master of Masks and ToB out form there.
MoM nets proficiency with every exotic weapon ever made.
Barbed Chain: Like a spiked chain but 2d6 damage. (SS)
Lynxpaw: double weapon that offers disarm bonuses, drop on failed trip, and its finesse able, useful but not feat worthy. Oh yeah... (RotW)
Gnome Quickrazor: for loads of iaijitsu spamming (RoS)
Sharktooth Staff: grapple with a reach weapon.
Fukimi-Bari: 3 shots per attack action mouth gun. Perfect for sneak attack and poisoning, assuming you're immune of course. (S&F)
Harpoon: Stab someone in the chest and laugh when they realize the rope is tied to your horse. One wonders how Returning works with it... (FB?)
A Gish?
A Bard 1 / Crusader 1 / Sublime Chord 1 / w/e 9, is a good caster gish. Less versatile than the Chameleon setup but more powerful overall. Swift action Dragonfire Inspiration & 9th level spells with your bonus standard actions.
A Iaijitsu Killer + downright abuse?
Iaijitsu Master 5 / Hellbreaker 7, TWF iaijitsu strikes using quick razors and steal one of their spell-like/supernatural abilities while you are at it. Nothing says broken like dealing +9d6+(chamod*9) and stealing Wish. Unless you poison stuff...
Pure Factotum?
You can create your own poison and nearly mimic any class feature. Note, to use maneuvers you'll have to mimic both known and ready so it eats up two of your three choices. A dip into say Warblade would however let you choose to mimic a 15th level warblade's maneuvers within your 1st level warblade's ready though.
