Novelty build - just about everything a monk 20 gets, at higher power

Still rather MAD, unfortunately (needs 14 Int for assassin spells, plus Wis 11 and good Cha for blackguard). Oh, and rogue and assassin have UMD as class skills. ;)

Good Stuff so far.

Monk 1 / Druid 19 needs a mention.
Others have argued for the Monk 1 to happen at levels 2 or 4.
I say get Natural Spell feat going 1st, then the Monk 1 can mix in ... but that's just me.

Way off the beaten track:
Outsider 1 / Rogue or Expert 1 / Outsider 3 with Charisma of 13 / finish ? might have an LA+2
These are the minimums necessary (but out of core material to get ALL the details).
Rogue or Expert 1 is for party functionality, although the expert level is not likely.
Said outsider can become Incorporeal at outsider level 4.
And then you Polymorph Any Object into whatever.
Not strong in late game, although UMD + Incorporeal = good enough.
I've no idea what the build looks like at this point, because rules debates happen.  :smirk :D

reading the wiz15/arc1 pixie made me look at srd touch spells again.

this got me thinking about the spell Statue.

this has me thinking about a pudding/ooze/slime w/ statue as an SLA/su

yip, it just turns into a rock when ever it wants..

I think that Barbarian4/Sorcerer2/Dragon Disciple4/Barbarian10 is an interesting barbarian build for core.

Rogue5/Assassin10/Dragon Disciple5 works as well.

Y'know ... the last Polymorph update could be fun.
Fighter X with 2 PAOs into something with Casting (!!) like Rakshasa,
then Eldritch Knight, then Arch Mage to keep PAO up and running no matter what.
Needs two custom items, to keep from being Dispelled or Blessed Crossbow Bolt tagged.

Note --- the paranoia about the PAO, the Dispel and the Blessed Bolt, is very necessary.

I've been thinking about bards gishing in core. I have an archery bard up, but there's also the possibility of something like a Bard8/Figther2/EK10, or a Bard/Dragon Disciple. Not sure how effective it'd be though...

Bard 8/Arcane Archer 2/EK 10?  Also archery (obviously), but another way to get into EK.

I'm also not sure of the use a Bard will get from Imbue Arrow (Shadow Evocation?  Grease?).

Confusion.  Can the Bard UMD into Imbue Arrow?

Also, don't forget Quicken SLA: Imbue Arrow at high level :D.
