Q 120 Sorry for linking to another thread http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=8185.0 but what Human race would you take if you could choose any of those three? Basically I'm wondering which one's the most balanced for a PF core upgraded but still 3.5 based campaign.

Q119: How can I protect my vacant body when I Magic Jar into another creature? I had some-one mention putting the body on the Astral Plane but how am I going to do this?

Cheers
Cast Shrink Object on it, and stick it in your pocket. :D (Most DMs wouldn't allow that.)

Alternatively, stick it inside a bag of holding. Keep your foot inside it or something, also. So you have LoE to it, if you're killed/dispelled/etc.

Haha and hop around?

Already using a Ring of Reduction to make my body tiny. Just carrying the body around is becoming tedious.
Hit yourself with a Wand of Wonder till you get the "shrink to 1/12th normal size" one, and then stick your real body under your clothes/armor/etc. :D

A couple of water benders, a dike, a flaming arrow, and a few barrels of blasting jelly?

Sounds like the makings of a gay porn film.

You could take levels of unarmed swordsage, it's superior to monk in everyway and then take assassin's stance.

Q121 I'm looking for an old thread with statistical analysis of all the weapons in the phb, anybody got a link?

Any takers on Q94?  I guess I will break it down into parts A and B.

Quote
Q94 Can you copy a level 9 cleric spell with the sanctum spell metamagic applied to it (outside your sanctum) with miracle?

A.  If you cast miracle with the intent of copying a spell effect, can that spell effect be a spell with metamagic applied (not applied to miracle, but a metamagiced version of a spell).  For example a maximized fireball which would count as a level 6 spell.

B.  If metamagic is allowed on the copied spell, would a level 9 cleric spell with sanctium spell applied count as an 8th level spell to copy with miracle assuming you are not in your sanctium.

Actually.. Thats not a bad idea! But to go along with this,

Q122: is there a spell that turns you into statue/stone/metal for a specified length of time?

I'm thinking, 1: Shrink body. 2: Cast magic Jar and enter other body. 3: Make ultra-Fine sized body into a statue and place in a specially created protective adamantine box that can be opened from the inside (just in case).

A122: A core spell, even.

Q123: Does the unarmed swordsage get the monk's flurry of blows also, or just damage? It says "unarmed progression", which is a bit vague...

A 123: I would say "Unarmed Strike progression" means the damage only.

And I would go the swordsage route, but there's no ToB allowed in my current campaign.

Q125: I seem to remember a trick for Artificers that basically allowed them to use wands 'for free', as in, substituting something for the wand charge cost, ,maybe something with temporary action points?

I can't remember the details though, can someone who does please refresh my memory and provide a link or an explanation or something?

Thanks in advance,

Unfettered heroism is a 5th lvl spell that grants 1 AP per round.
And there's this feat that allows burning AP instead of wand charges.

Unfettered Heroism was from magic of Ebberron, IIRC.

Q126 Is there such a thing as a pathfinder SRD?
Monks are pretty much the best designed class ever.

Q 128: What would be an appropriate CR for a Half-Ogre Warrior 2?  I'm thinking CR 2.

Expounding on why I think CR 2:
The Half-Ogre in RoD is only presented as a race, and thus has no encounter stats.  The Half-Ogre is listed as LA+2, but as we all know CR =/= LA.

Throwing the adjustments on 10's and 11's, the Half-Ogre War 2 would be a 2-HD Large Giant with Str 17, Dex 8, Con 13, Int 8, Wis 10, Cha 9.  Total attack bonus would be +4 (+5 with Weap Foc), and with a greatclub damage would be 2d8+4.

Compare that to the Ogre's Str 21, Dex 8, Con 15, Int 6, Wis 10, Cha 7, with a total attack bonus of +7 (+8 w/ Weap Foc), 2d8+7 damage, also for +2 LA.

The Ogre also has 2 more HD (though they are giant HD, so only +1 BAB), which also grants it another feat, and it has a faster speed (40 ft vs. 30 ft), and +1 more Natural Armor.
Agree? Disagree?

Fixed for you.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Pathfinder doesn't use wotc's OGL for their stuff, they use something called the CDL instead.

They don't/haven't, was the point. 3.5 is as dead as people not liking nice tits.

Sometimes, their tits (3.5) get enhancements (houserules), but that doesn't mean people don't like nice tits.

Though sometimes, the surgeon (DM) botches them pretty bad...
Best metaphor I have seen in a long time.  I give you much fu.
