[Some builds]

Unless the DM is deviating from normal gestalt rules, these restrictions apply:

Wizard, Factotum, Psion, Warblade 20. Pick two.
Well if he wanted to he could go wizard 1/psion 3/cerebremancer 10, then decide if he wants skill monkey or melee for the other side. Leaves room for 6 levels of PrCs and almost full psion.

I heard of that before but it was Wizard Warblade Factotum pick 2.

I just realised another thing (don't ask me how)

I always read Beguiler and Duskblade interchangebly. I don't know the difference bwteen them two. I'll go read up on them.

Beguiler = rogue who uses illusion magic instead of a dagger, Duskblade = gish who channels spells through his sword.

The tier system in a nutshell:

Tier 5: An expert cartographer or a decent marksman.
Tier 4: An expert marksman.
Tier 3: An expert marksman, cartographer and chef who can tie strong knots and is trained in hostage negotiation or a marksman so good he can shoot down every bullet fired by a minigun while armed with a rusted single-shot pistol that veers to the left.
Tier 2: Someone with teleportation, mind control, time manipulation, intangibility, the ability to turn into an exact duplicate of anything, or the ability to see into the future with perfect accuracy.

I cannot stress enough the importance of having high HP and save swap maneuvers in gestalt.

A Warblade is nigh essential in this setup.  You can take Martial Study: Crusader's Strike and Martial Stance: Martial Spirit to keep you alive.

You could go Dragonborn Warforged Dread Necromancer1 with Tomb-Tainted Soul.  This gives you unlimited out-of-combat healing, provided you have the time.

Being a Wizard or Cleric or Druid is a Very Good Idea (tm).  Casters are aesome and you especially need to be one in a solo game.

Also, Hood.  You have no party to upstage and you may need the oomph.

Hood - My first answer to all your build questions; past, present, and future.

Speaking of which:
Don't even need TO for this.  Any decent Hood build, especially one with Celerity, one-rounds [Azathoth, the most powerful greater deity from d20 Cthulu].
Does it bug anyone else that we've reached the point where characters who can obliterate a greater deity in one round are considered "decent?"

Do you need to be a nice and happy little pony?
That is, do you have to be Good alignment?

Otherwise, I think something like Mr. Ego would suit you. Since everyone else here have presented builds based upon Intelligence or Wisdom, here's one for Charisma:

Take:
20 levels of Sorcerer on one side.

On the other:
3 levels of Hexblade (Conplete Warrior).
2 levels of Paladin of Slaughter (Uneathed Arcana Paladin variant)
2 levels of Fighter to get the bonus feats to qualify for:
2 levels of Blackguard.
1 level in Battle Dancer (Dragon Compendium)
1 level in Warblade, for Iron Heart Surge and other assorted nice tricks. (Tome of Battle)
2 levels in Arcane Duellist (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/re/20030224a).

1 level in Chaos Monk (alternative monk from a dragon magazine I cannot recall at the moment, alignment Any Chaotic) combined with Ascetic Mage (Comp. Scoundrel).
Debatable trick whether or not this will stack with the Battle Dancer ability, but since they don't work the same way before the feat modifies the Monk, I would say it work. Regardless, might not sit well with your DM.

3 level in Ranger, for the skill points and the Track feat, the latter needed for:
3 levels in Eldeen Ranger (Eberron Campaign Setting).
The third level gives us Endurance, a prerequisite for Steadfast Determination. Something really nice, since that means you can apply your Con instead of your Wis to Will and not auto-fail on Fortitude Saves. Nice to have, given levels enough.

Necessary feats:

Fighter levels gives us:
Weapon proficiencies, Power Attack, Cleave.

Ranger levels gives us:
Track, Endurance.

Leaves us with 5 out of our 7 feats set:
Dodge.
Mobility.
Improved Sunder.
Ascetic Mage.
Steadfast Determination.

What does this do then?
Well...
CHA to saves 3 times (Divine Grace, Dark Blessing, Unearthly Grace), +1 more if it's a spell (Arcane Resistance).
CHA to unarmored AC x3.
Mettle.
Con to Will instead of Wis, no auto-fail on Fort Saves.
CL 20.
BAB 18.

If you get more feats that usual, if I understand correctly, the fighter levels could be something else. 1 level dip into a cloistered cleric with Pride and Luck gives some much needed re-rolls, as Maat_Mons stated earlier.
1 level in Rogue or Factotum at first level along with able learner (humans, changelings and doppelgangers only) would help with trapfinding aswell as skill points. 2 levels in Rogue nets you Evasion.
1 level of Marshall (MinHandbook) gives a minor aura to something nice, which is your CHA bonus to for example Initative.
You could skip 2 levels of Ranger as well, if you don't want Steadfast Endurance (or you think you can afford it's prereq. Endurance with a regular Feat).

I'm not sure this is the optimal way to go about this, but at least it's a start. It lacks good healing, which is a bummer...

oh and you are VERY CHAOTIC EVIL

You said that your DM didn't give out magic items, try artificer with anything int based. Not only can you make any item in game, you can make you own party of various constructs.
[spoiler]
I see that you want to solve problems. Not problems like, "What is beauty?," because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of 'philosophy'. You want to solve practical problems. F'r instance, how are you gonna stop some big, mean Mother Hubbard from tearing you a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer: Use a gun. And if that don't work? Use more gun.
And if that fails try this

You should consider an awsome casting prestige class that loses a few caster levels on one side and take levels of the base class of the other side whenever you should lose a caster level. Something like this.

1 Warblade1/Sorceror1
...........
6 warblade 6/Sorceror 6
7 Sorceror 7/Swiftblade 1
8 Warblade 7/ Swiftblade 2
9 Warblade 8/ Swiftblade 3
10 Sorceror 8/ Swiftblade 4
11 Warblade 9/Swiftblade 5
12 warblade 10/Swiftblade 6
13 Sorceror 9/Swiftblade 7
14 Warblade 11/Swiftblade 8
15 Warblade 12/Swiftblade 9
16 Sorceror 10/ Swiftblade 10
17 Warblade 13/ Sorceror 11
18 Warblade 14/Sorceror 12
19 Warblade 15/ Sorceror 13
20 Warblade 16/Sorceror 15

You'll get all the awesomeness of swiftblade 10 with no lost caster levels with full BAB, strong Fort, 16d12+4d6 HD and manuevers only 2 levels behind a straight Warblade. Of course you could take another PrC and you probably should. Abjurant champion would be good if the DM doesn't consider it a dual progression class.

Abjurant champion would be good, and crusader might be a better choice as it has some charisma synergy with that build.

Could always use Bearsarebrown's Ultimate Arcane Dilettante build: Hatchling Paerimm
Spellthief 1/ Bard 1/ Ardent 1/ Wizard 1/ Knight of the Weave 1/ Ur Priest 1/ Shadowcraft Mage 3/ Nar Demonbinder 1/ Sublime Chord 1/ Ultimate Magus 7/ PrC Paladin 1/Tainted Scholar 1

Caster level 7500-ish, iirc.

Metamorphic Transfer(psion Bonus)
Improved Unarmed(monk)
Combat Reflexes(monk)
Monastic Training(Psion)(monk)
Weapon Finnesse(Swashbuckler)
Unnerving Calm(Warblade)
Blade Meditation(Warblade)
Ironheart(warblade)
Carmondine Monk(human Bonus)
Tashalatora(Psion)
2 weapon fighting
Improved 2 weapon fighting
Double Hit
Robilars Gambit
Martial Study(Cloak of Deception,SH2)
Martial Study(Shadow Blink,SH7)
(open feat)
(open feat)
(open feat)

Attributes at 20th lvl
16 Str(base 10 + 6 item)
28 Dex(base 16 + 6 item +1 lvl +5 inherent)
20 Con(base 14 + 6 item)
30 Int(base 16 + 6 item +4 lvls +4 Inherent)
16 Wis(base 10 + 6 item)
16 Cha(base 10 + 6 item)

at 20th lvl......BAB +19

Full Attack
19+9 Dex+ 5 Enhancement(greater magic weapon..or ammulet)

+33/+28/+23/+18
and 2d10 +10 Int +3 Str= 2d10+13 Each
thus with Greater flurry and 2 Wpn fight and imp 2 wpn fight...attack bonus is as follows:

+33/+33/+33/+33/+28/+28/+23/+18

and he gets 9 AoOs...which generate 2 attacks for each(Double Hit)....all at:

19+9 Dex+ 5 Enhancement(greater magic weapon..or ammulet) +10 Int(Warblade)
+43/+43...and 2d6+23damage

he gets:

Int to Damage(Unarmed)
Int to AC
Int to Confirm Crits
2xInt to Damage vs Flatfooted/Flanked
Int to Opposed checks(bull rush,trip,etc...)

Pearl of Black Doubt(stance)

Tiger Claw:
Hunters Stance
Wolverine Stance
Wolf Pack Tactics Stance
Pouncing Charge
Dancing Mongoose
Raging Mongoose
Girallons Windmill

Shadow Hand...thru Martial Study
Cloak of Deception
Shadow Blink

The main idea.......a Character who looks unimposing...No weapons, No Spell books,or component pouches....looks like a servant or butler......even without using any Manuvers....just Feats and Class abilities....he is very strong

For combat.....uses Cloak of Deception to go Greater invisible then While in Wolf pack Stance...can attack and Move 5' after each attack...if he uses 2 attacks for 4 opponents...he does an extra 8d6 to each(Girrallons Windmill)...and if they attack him he gets 2 AoO attacks if both hit..he does an extra 8d6 each time because he is still under the efects of Giralllons Windmill.....after he attacks...he uses Shadow Blink to get back to his start Position as if nothing happened...and becomes visible again

he is Far stronger when he Flanks or makes AoOs.......Int to Damagex3=+30 damage to each attack when Flanking, Int to Attack(+10) and 2x Int to Damage(+20) when making AoO(3xInt to Damage when Making AoO and Flanking)

ADD to all of this: 20th lvl Psion abilities and Monk Abilities as if 22nd lvl Monk(AC,Unarmed Damage, Flurry of Blows)

Start at level 1, buy off is ok. Modified feats (same as fighters get them so I have 11 feats instead of 7 no flaws.)

EDIT: Thought of druid/cleric but wasn't sure if missing arcane spells is a good idea...

One side of the gestalt could be (was it Phaedrus'?) wannabe arcane caster Cleric.
I have made several of those. Here is one I am playing in a PbP. Here is the one I used to run the "gauntlet" of solo encounters in the "Overpowered Casters" thread. I'd probably suggest that one for a solo campaign. Mix some Swordsage on the other side for more awesomeness.

Guys, I had anawesome dragonwrought Kobold sorcerer cleric. My DM said something. He wants to try an Astral stalker DMPC  (eeesh I know, I won't let him steal the show) So he said LA buy off is ok and its allowable on both sides (a level 6 LA is split 3/3 and is bought off twice at level 9, 15 and 18 each for a end LA of 0). No Racial HD either.

Wow.

I immedialty scrapped my idea for an Ethergaunt.

End:

Warblade 20//Factotum (17 or 14)/Caster 3 (for 20)/Maybe Swashbuckler 3

Awesome no?

I can't be a chameleon without human or doppelganger.

I kinda scrapped that idea (factotum because it's complicated) also, I'll be very strong, I don't want to be totally OP (having and AC that makes me unhittable is just meh... same with never missing).

I then thought of (since originaly I had two casters):
Warblade 20 (I like this very much)//Psion 17 /(double progression) 3

Seem fine?
