+1 defending armorspikes +  2x +1 defending gauntlets.

iam pretty sure those don't stack with themselves - although it's debatable. But one defending and one spellstrike Works.

Not allowed - that was one of the first 'may I' questions I asked the DM. Of course, with Warblade combined with ToB Aptitude weapons, a feat spent on any exotic weapon proficiency becomes much more useful, so I am considering it.

Masters touch is a level 1 spell in the spell compendium that grants you proficiency with any item you pick up.  Get one or two gloves that each cast that are use activated.

2000gp x Caster level 1 x Spell level 1 x Unlimited uses 2( for 1 min/per level)= 4000gp each

Custom items are out.  Folding printed items and using MIC rules for upgrading is ok.
I am constantly amazed by how many DM's ban Tomb of Battle.  The book doesn't even exist!

Why would you even do this? It hurts my eyes and looks like you ate your keyboard before suffering an attack of explosive diarrhea.
